Having rescued a very sick and malnourished bunny, we were grateful to have found Dr. Adelson (thanks to Karen at Safe Haven Rabbit Rescue). Our family members also brought their many bunnies to Dr. A. as well. We instantly felt in good hands with Dr. Adelson -- we trusted her judgement, appreciated her honesty, and valued the care she gave to Juicebox. The CAH staff gets a mention as well -- everyone there was professional and kind, the facility was always super-clean, and a returned phone call from a frantic bunny mom on New Years Day was unexpected and so very amazing. We drove over an hour to get to this practice, and it was without a doubt worth the trip. We cannot say enough about CAH and Dr. Adelson!

AVOID DR. RACHEL COHEN. A while back she refused to prescribe my dog medication while he was having an active bladder infection. Left untreated as Rachel Cohen insisted, my dog was left at risk of the infection infiltrating his bloodstream and causing sepsis. My mom had to beg her to prescribe him the appropriate medication. Not only is this humiliating, but this reflects incredibly poorly on Community Animal Hospital as a whole. I would think twice before coming here to treat your pet.

They helped us gracefully navigate the last years with an 18 year old diabetic terrier. They are OUTSTANDING examples of truly compassionate expert care and never once backed down from the increasing complexity of keeping him comfortable. This is by far the best vet of the many we've been to. Our experiences were primarily with Dr. Lorig, who is absolutely incredible, but all of the other vets, techs and receptionists we've had help us were also outstanding. We are very grateful to them and will be continuing to bring any of our animals here.

I have been taking my cat to Community Animal Hospital (mainly Dr. Lee) his whole life. He recently got diagnosed with a complex health issue and Dr. Lee has gone above and beyond to make herself available to help me navigate it. She is kind, compassionate, thorough and really takes her time to explain all possible scenarios and treatments. She is supportive of any decision I make and I feel like my cat is in the very best hands under Dr. Lee’s care and with Community Animal Hospital in general. The front desk staff and other vets I have had to see on an emergent basis have all been great as well.
