★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1PLEASE FOR YOUR ANIMALS LIFE, DO NOT GO TO THIS VETMy dog Charlotte is dog aggressive and has bitten ONCE before. Yesterday, she had a checkup for bloodwork, and we were going to ask about antidepressants since she has been more worked up than usual after she had bitten a few weeks prior. We were going there for help! . Barry, who works at the front desk, made us put down my sweet baby, who meant well. This was after an altercation happened when my stepfather walked into the vet. There was another small dog (keep in mind this is not acceptable because dogs should not see eachother, and it should be appointment by appointmenth) My dog Charlotte went to attack the dog but was pulled back. However, the vet got in the middle, and Charlotte then tried to bite her. My dog acted on instinct. At the end of the day, this was an animal who was in an unfamiliar place, and we were looking for help for her aggression! Barry forced my stepdad right then and there to put her down or he would call the police. Im devastated. I never said goodbye, and she was only 6 years old.
June 17 · Lucia NegronDO NOT GO HERE!!!This vet is extremely rude and angry and does not treat you or your dog in a proper manner. Expect to get an angry response to simple questions regarding your dogs well-being. She has 0 patience whatsoever. And should have retired a long time ago. I am shocked she was able to make a career out of this.
July 28 · Jeff BurrowsClearly I’m not the first person the front desk slob has yelled at. This place needs to be shut down. They do not know how to speak to people, especially being a receptionist myself. The manager is straight up the rudest person I have ever encountered, yelled at me to “stop talking” because they were mad at the subject of the conversation. Do NOT call or bring your pets here when there is a much better clinic right up the street in Leicester.
