★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I only gave one star because zero wasn't an option. They are only open Monday - Wednesday, and they don't usually answer the phone when they're open. If you get lucky enough for them to answer the phone they will just hang up on you. Please see a vet off post that actually cares about you and your pet! I'm changing my rating to four stars now. The vet clinic is now open more days, and they have an awesome receptionist. I think the vets are hit and miss.
August 31 · AJSmall facility, but great service. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
June 27 · Josh YarbroughWe had to book appointments for an upcoming PCS. We never knew this was a gem.The employees have been extremely kind and patient towards our rescue, from the desk employees to the vet; she never cried once and all staff gave precise and complete information. The vet also noticed her ear and gave an explanation, that several vets before him (2 vet at different veterinary ERs and 3 local vets) have NEVER noticed. This says a lot.Recommended!
October 07 · cristina pGreat service and very knowledgeable staff. Convenient on base vet with great PCS support. Thanks!
April 19 · Nippon FraserWhat an absolutely horrible experience. I went there with my two dogs to get health certificates for our move to Japan. We were given short notice of our itinerary for the flight so I only had a couple of days before the flight to get our HHG shipping, POV storage, and our dogs health certificates completed. And deal with the clinic's limited schedule. Keep in mind this is our very first PCS, and we're traveling to another country. When I went there the first time, everything was fine. Dr. Sahol and his assistant were great and very patient and understanding despite how anxious my dogs were (and how stressed I was). However, when I got home my wife noticed some minor discrepancies on the health certificates, no big deal. Except for one major one. One of my dogs was listed as a cat on their health certificate. That had to be fixed. They were already closed by the time we discovered this so my wife emailed them to let them know and I called the next morning and (after many, many attempts) finally got someone to answer the phone and made the 2 hour drive to the clinic to pick up the corrected health certificates. We understand that mistakes happen. We're all human. We weren't mad, we weren't rude, we were just stressed because we were on such a crunch with time and had to squeeze this extra task in when I had other appointments that day and just needed this fixed. When I got there to pick up what I needed, that's when everything went downhill. I had to deal with that nasty receptionist, Joanna. I simply asked her something unrelated to the health certificates and her response was "I don't know, but this is all your fault because you gave us the wrong information!" Seriously? Are you taking his personally, Joanna? Then she couldn't figure out how (or was just purposely refusing) to send me an emailed copy of the health certificates and tried to get me to leave by telling me I would get the email faster outside. Finally she emailed my wife with the certificates and I was able to leave. But since Joanna wanted to be petty and point out that this was all my fault for providing the wrong information, I can be petty too and pull up the email I sent with my dogs information with the original attachments. AND ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE did I have one of my dogs listed as a CAT! I would absolutely love it if you could show me where I provided you with THAT information!Normally I would have called her out on all of this, but I had much more important things to take care of and not much time to get done what I needed. Bottom line, nobody should have to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism. Especially a family who is going through such a stressful experience.I would appreciate it if someone from this clinic would reach out to me regarding this. Thank you.
