NVA Compassion-First Reviews
This place was truly the best for all pet care needs. Since being acquired by compassion first the service is absolutely horrible. After spending 3 hours last night. Finding out my pup has cancer not even once did I see the doctor personally it was done over the phone while I waited in exam room. The invoice has no details except the $1100 charge. I have spent well over $250,000 at RBVH for multiple pets and this is the service and compassion I get ?I called in am to schedule meeting with oncology as advised. The first appointment is in 2 weeks. This is disgusting. My girl can be gone by then
