★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I want to give a huge shout-out to Dr. Payne and the entire staff at the clinic! I cannot recommend them enough. I brought my baby, Leo, into the clinic after another vet was unable to diagnose him and had sent us home with just some fluid, antibiotics, and anti-nausea tablets. After a couple of days of him not eating and being lethargic, we decided to come to Pet Stat. The staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate, even though my husband and I were filled with anxiety. You can tell that everyone there has a genuine love for animals and truly cares for them. Just the way Dr. Payne took the time to sit on the floor with Leo made us feel like we were in good hands.Dr. Payne reviewed the previous blood work and asked us about Leo's history without any judgment. Almost immediately, he was able to identify what was wrong with Leo—something that two other vets had missed. The symptoms were vague but had been present since he was just a couple of months old.He stayed for fluids until the end of the day, and the next day, we returned for more fluids and additional testing. When Leo came back home, he ate for the first time in five days, and I was ecstatic. We brought him back the following day to see if he needed more fluids, and the test results came back positive, confirming Dr. Payne's suspicion. We are so thankful that we got the diagnosis in time, as it helped prevent Leo from going into an Addisonian crisis. Dr. Payne explained everything that had transpired and what our plans would look like going forward very thoroughly. His discharge notes each night were detailed and informative, including a treatment plan. We will forever be grateful.Picture is of Leo the first time he ate food 😋 and from before when he was a bit more chubby and fluffy.
August 06 · tamar elbaThis veterinary urgent care showed us the upmost kindness, respect, and high quality care. We brought our dog Hudson here after getting in an accident. Despite it being close to closing, they saw us with a smile and we deeply appreciated their professionalism and warm demeanor. We will be returning without doubt if we ever have other needs!
August 26 · Sarah Jane MuderWhat a wonderful facility. From the front desk to the tech to the vet, all caring, smart and attentive. Our pup Olive had acute onset GI upset and she was treated with the utmost care and attention. Very detailed exam and follow up. I have such peace of mind knowing this office is right up the road. Thank you all for the wonderful care you provide. It is greatly appreciated.
June 17 · joel powellI can never thank these wonderful people enough! My 140 pound Rottweiler stopped eating his food, and startedthrowing up & severe diarrhea. When our vet could not see us for over two weeks, and Sherman dropped 15 pounds we started to get concerned and did not want to wait. I found pet stat, and they were able to see him immediately. From the first moment, I knew he was in the right place. Many are afraid of this breed, but the doctor welcomed him with open arms and truly examined him without being afraid. They got Sherman back on track and a week later He’s already put a few pounds back on, and is eating normally and totally back to normal! I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of my big baby boy! Highly recommend to anyone with a sick dog that just wants answers and for doggies to feel better!
September 04 · Kimberly Rosado, REALTORWe took our sweet girl here after she had a scary episode of unknown origin despite seeing a vet the day before for daily vomiting. We were afraid she might have a blockage or something else seriously wrong. Pet stat couldn’t have been more amazing in the care they gave our fur family member! They were very thorough, worked quickly without missing anything, and explained absolutely everything to us including any questions I had. The doctor and his tech were beyond phenomenal…wish this staff could be our regular vet! They did x rays and blood work. As much as I hope to never have to see them again (no offense to them, no one wants their pet to have emergencies) I would bring our best girl back here in a heartbeat if she ever had another emergency. Thank you for the above and beyond care given to Nellie!
