I have three stray cats that adopted me and I am a returning client after an initial consultation. I found the appointment system easy to work with and the front desk staff were polite professional and responsive. I had Dr Emmeline Ye as my vet. She is professional, focused, and answered my questions succinctly - it’s evident she truly cares about my cat’s wellbeing first and foremost. It’s clear this is a well run facility, and Petsadena has won me over as my primary veterinarian provider. I highly recommend Dr Ye - Good work!

My cat and I love Petsadena! They’re an extremely knowledgeable, skilled team, and I trust their advice. I know that they’ll keep my pet safe through procedures and that they won’t upsell me or recommend expensive things that we don’t actually need— which means that everything they do recommend, I choose to do, because I know it will mean a longer and happier life for my cat. If there’s one area in which they can improve, it’s that they would benefit from another reception staff member. They have plenty of clients, and some of the information regarding quotes, prescriptions, etc. is complex and would be made smoother if the staff could focus on one thing at a time.
