★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great clinic. I have nothing but great things to say about the Southbridge location. They got my dog in for a visit very quickly, and the costs were much lower than I was expecting. They staff were all great with my dog who gets social anxiety.
May 09 · Joshua BuckleyWe took our dog Zoe there for regular routine visits and the vet staff were wonderful! However, when it came time to put our sweet girl down, it was not the best aftercare service!! We took her in on a Friday to be euthanized, and we were told her ashes would be back the following Friday! They were not! We found out she was not released to Final Gift for cremation until the following Friday - the day we were supposed to pick her up!! Then, we finally got the ashes back in two weeks, not one. About 3 days later, we received a sympathy card in the mail from Second Chance of Southbridge. A couple days later, we received a call saying they had paw prints for us and that we could pick them up at any time. We went to the clinic on 8-21-25 and they were extremely busy so we left. We went again on 8-28-25 and talked to someone who then went to look for the paw prints. Upon this persons return, we were told that " unfortunately we do not have your dogs ashes back yet"! Over a month later!!! We informed this person that we picked up the ashes on 8-8-25 and we were just there for the paw prints. We were handed a sealed envelope. When we got home and opened the envelope, it was another sympathy card!!! Imagine the anguish we felt getting another card and no paw prints!! It was heartbreaking to say the least! Vet care is great there, the aftercare service needs to be improved! Do they have our dogs paw prints, or don't they???!!!!
August 31 · Teresa KleyaGood service, the vet communicates well, shows that she cares. The front staff lady is not so friendly but the other staff are. Also very affordable!

The prices are reasonable and you can really be assured that everyone there is treating your beloved animal as if it were their own :) Lulu didn't even want to return to me after playing w/ everyone in back ha!We cannot recommend it enough! :) I've already been telling folks in our neighborhood about it! Keep up the GREAT WORK Second Chance! ;) THANK YOU :)!
