★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really appreciate this clinic. I have had two separate experiences with them and they have both been outstanding. The first was with my dying golden retriever, and the second and most recent experience was with my cat who is experiencing a sudden onset of blindness. Like any other emergency clinic, there can be waits depending on what’s going on but the service from everyone makes the wait worth it. The veterinarians have been so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and straightforward and really care about making sure your pet is on the right path to healing. To say I’m thankful for this clinic and all those who work in it is such a massive understatement.
August 27 · Emily Park-MartinOur kitten Ivy experienced a sudden blockage over the weekend. Her primary vet clinic is only open M-F. We went to urgent care 2 days in a row only for them to tell us on Sunday that she likely needed emergency surgery. We just moved to Manchester and we are so thankful there was an ER so close to us. They were compassionate and patient with us, and took care of our sweet girl as if she was their own. We saw numerous staff members in our 2 days there and all were very kind. They text pet parents with updates to keep you updated throughout the 24-48 hours your pet is there. I knew she was in good hands and am so thankful she is back home happy and healthy!!
July 02 · Julia MulhallI wanted to reach out and thank the staff for being so compassionate during the most difficult time of our lives. We had to unfortunately put our girl, Ashanti to sleep recently.. She was about 14 years old. We miss her so much and appreciate the support from all the staff that day. Thank you for being so kind! - Samantha & Leo

They call/text updates, I even got 2 pictures of her one night before bed and that was so comforting for me. She loves to be snuggled up❤️ They also let me & my boyfriend come visit her and give her some love. We are eternally thankful for the care they have shown Sadie. We are so happy she is home!!❤️❤️Picture on left is a few weeks before we knew she had Addisons, middle is while she was in the hospital, and on the right is after she returned home❤️
