When I reached out, Trevor was absolutely amazing—he immediately reassured me and explained that everything was fully covered under their health guarantee. Throughout the process, the store kept in touch with me and made sure I had all the support I needed.When the time came to bring my puppy home from the veterinarian, I contacted the store first to see if there was anything I needed to do. Trevor promptly let me know that everything was already taken care of, and when I arrived at the vet, they confirmed the same. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM DIAMOND PETS LAS VEGAS – VALLEY VIEW LOCATIONThis was hands down one of the worst experiences of my life, and I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps someone else avoid the same heartbreak and frustration.I purchased a puppy from Diamond Pets at the Valley View location, and within two hours of bringing the dog home, I knew something was seriously wrong. The puppy was clearly sick — he had persistent diarrhea, cried and screamed nonstop, and showed signs of severe distress. His behavior wasn’t normal for a new puppy adjusting to a home. It felt like I had brought home a dog that had already been through trauma.I immediately called the store back, just two hours after my purchase, and asked to return the dog due to obvious illness and behavioral issues. They refused. They were completely dismissive, cold, and unhelpful. It became clear very quickly that this business does not care about the well-being of the animals they sell — only about making a profit.In the days that followed, the puppy’s condition worsened. He had clear gut issues, including uncontrollable diarrhea and signs of a possible ear infection. He appeared to be in constant discomfort. I genuinely don’t know what is happening behind the scenes at this place, but something is very wrong. Sick puppies should never be put up for sale — let alone sold to unsuspecting customers at full price.After doing more research, I discovered that many other customers have shared similar horror stories in their reviews. It’s now obvious to me that Diamond Pets is knowingly putting their sickest puppies “on sale” in an attempt to unload them quickly. Had I seen the Yelp reviews before going in, I never would have stepped foot in that store.I’m writing this review to urge anyone considering buying a puppy from this location to please think twice. Do your research. Read the reviews. Save yourself the emotional and financial toll — and more importantly, protect yourself from supporting a business that treats animals this way.I wish I could go back and make a different choice.

I recently visited Diamond Pets and was thoroughly impressed with their great selection of puppies. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. PUPPY MILlLDo your homework also, if you want a full breed dog, there are so many at home breeders that you can look into and research many times the information you get from a pet store is questionable. Also, they do inflate the price a little bit as a third-party because they get their dog from a breeder and then of course up charge when they’re selling it to the public in Las Vegas. So you’re gonna pay about $3000 for a dog and all sales are final so if for example, you may change your mind in 24 hours, they don’t care they’ve made a sale. They’ve got the dog out of their store even if the person that bought the dog decided that it was not in the best interest and they could not provide it the best possible care, but they will not take the dog back. This means that they really don’t care about the puppy itself once they’ve got the money. Also, there are so many rescues out there. I got my last dog from a rescue and it’s been the best experience. I did get one dog from Petland in Las Vegas over in Boca Park and they do have a better return policy kind of like a cooling off. If you don’t or can’t keep the dog, you can come back and negotiate I did keep my puppy that I got a pet land. However, my son and his girlfriend recently had issues at Diamond pets and now they are left to do their due diligence and find a loving home for this little puppy on their own because diamond pets will take the puppy back. My son realized that they were impetuous in purchasing the puppy, but ultimately even a reputable breeder will have it in their contract that if you are unable to care for the pup they definitely want that puppy returned back to them. Diamond pets doesn’t care what you do with the puppy once they have their money.

Bought a German Shepard puppy from Trevor at Diamond Pets .Awesome price and the owner Trevor is super down to earth and doesn’t pressure you and lets you take your time to figure out who you can bond with the best .We worked out a good deal and the dog came with a bunch of stuff and our German is AKC and Pedigree certified and he comes with all the shots as well as a good hospital if anything ever happens which gives me and my wife peace of mind . We priced dogs at Petland and they were triple the price and there dogs don’t come home with a welcome package like Trevor does at Diamond Pets
