★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1While I haven't actually been to the physical location I have indeed purchased corals from here online. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! The corals I purchased for my reef are beautiful and healthy even though they were called 'rehab corals' and they're spreading like fire in my tank. These guys know what's up. They even have a great bunch of helpful and educational information on YouTube. Maybe one day they'll come see my system and see how the corals I bought are doing.
June 22 · Ryan E. RogersMy wife and I really enjoy visiting this store. It’s a little more relaxed than the superstore but with the same quality of inventory. Chris and Hunter are very kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help you tackle a problem. I’m very appreciative of all their help.
July 27 · Max CollinsI am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience at the World Wide Corals Winter Park branch. As a former active duty Marine, I place a high value on integrity, and the handling of my situation fell far short of this standard. As a loyal customer of World Wide Corals for several years, I have consistently been satisfied with my interactions. However, on Sunday, August 17, 2025, when my 120-gallon aquarium began leaking, I visited the Winter Park store to inquire about returning my existing corals, fish, and invertebrates for store credit.I spoke directly with the manager, clearly explaining that I was temporarily scaling back my aquarium hobby due to time constraints, but that I intended to return within 6-12 months. I sought store credit to facilitate future purchases. The manager, after hearing my description of the livestock, explicitly directed me to bring the animals in on Tuesday, when he would be available. He acknowledged that he could not offer full market value, and I agreed to this condition. He also asked me to give him a heads-up before arriving on Tuesday, to which I agreed.Based on these direct instructions, I proceeded to make significant arrangements: I purchased totes from Home Depot, took a day off from work, and reserved a U-Haul van to properly transport the livestock. On Tuesday morning, I finished draining my aquarium and proceeded to World Wide Corals to let them know I would be bringing in the livestock within the hour.Upon arrival, I was informed that the manager was not working that day. After an employee contacted the manager to verify my account, I was told that the manager had misunderstood my request and was told about a new process I had to complete for store credit: photographing the livestock and submitting the images for review, with no guaranteed timeline for a response, before any determination would be made about store credit. This process was never disclosed to me previously.Following the manager's specific directions placed me in an impossible situation: my aquarium had already been removed, the livestock were in black totes, and the new process was not feasible. The only remaining choice I was presented with was to surrender the livestock without compensation. Faced with time constraints and wanting what’s best for the animals, I reluctantly agreed. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, I am deeply troubled by the complete lack of any attempt to accommodate my situation, given that I had acted solely on the manager's instructions. This experience has resulted in significant inconvenience, considerable financial loss, and has severely damaged my trust in World Wide Corals.
August 26 · Alphaeus “Duke” FloodI was in the area and decided to stop by the World Wide Corals store in Winter Park, since I usually go to the Orlando location. Now I have a dilemma… I want to start coming here instead! Chris, the store manager, gave me outstanding help. He has a tank setup very similar to mine, with a hang-on-the-back filter, and he took the time to explain every single detail with incredible patience. I left the store feeling much more confident and informed about my setup. Chris truly goes above and beyond — highly recommend visiting this location and talking to him.
August 12 · Daniel BallesterosGreat store for salt water supplies, fish and of course corals. Selection doesn't stay stagnant so there's always something in stock I haven't seen before. Employees are always kind and helpful, and their display tanks are great inspiration
