All Creatures Great and Small Reviews
Love our vet Dr. Miccio! And The Dogs Spa has my dog in once a week for bath, ears, teeth th and pawdicure to keep his nails short!
July 22 · Cici FormosaI just got a new puppy. I lost my Kylie a little over two years ago. All the vets that ever took care of her were always amazing and truly cared about my dog.
July 11 · Christina ArvanitesLet me start out by saying the ENTIRE staff at All Creatures are so warm and loving to all pets that visit. They really treat your pets with kindness and love.Dr Miccio saved my dog's life. He suddenly ruptured a mass on his spleen and was told twice by two separate hospitals that he more than likely had cancer and would pass away shortly even with surgery if it was cancerous. We were heartbroken thinking we were spending our last moments with our baby.Dr Miccio has been his primary vet for some time now and spoke life back into the situation, my dog and my family. She gave us realistic hope again. She explained the risks and the realities if it was cancer once the spleen was removed and biopsied.Long story short, HE IS CANCER FREE. Dr Miccio is godsend and truly is a healthcare professional because she cares about the health of her patients. I am forever grateful to Dr Miccio and the whole staff that helped my baby recover and be given a chance at more life when others were ready to bury him. I highly recommend All Creatures Great and Small for any fur babies. I have included a picture of him making to his birthday post opp!
December 21 · Alexis BridgetThe entire staff here is AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are kind, thorough, patient, understanding, most importantly they are very knowledgeable. I know my pets are in good hands when I bring them to ACGS.
May 11 · Shama OmerThe doctor is excellent and came highly recommended by Jill McCabe. We also care for a small colony of stray cats together. However, the receptionist who answered the call could benefit from improved customer service skills, including patience, compassion, and active listening. Helping stray animals does not mean we are seeking a handout. Given her role in working with animals, one would expect a certain level of empathy, yet the response we received was quite the opposite. A little compassion and kindness go a long way.
