★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Smells absolutely horrible, rude and lazy customer service, animal food all over the floor, many misplaced items, guts on worm cans (which is extremely unsanitary and not pleasing while shopping), and items under dirty shelves. I am disgusted with this store and I would never come back again out of my own will. Horrible experience.
February 22 · Clinton CanisterMy points were not added nor was my 10% off which is suppose to come with my paid membership. Which I wouldn’t be complaining or saying something about but it’s the 3rd time this has happened. Over all nice/helpful staff and very clean store.
August 09 · Marie McHughJust wanted to look happened. To happen to talk to the woman taking care of the reptiles. Very nice woman, very smart seemed like she really cared about the animals. She was caring for very im press by her. She even got me to pet a snake. And they had the cutest ferret store was clean well stocked
July 12 · Debbie “Ratmom”My experience today was very delightful, I have to admit. For a long time, my fiancé and I have been discussing the possibility of getting married, and this weekend, we finally have the chance! Oh oh! We were completely short on supplies! We visited our neighborhood shop and had, hands down, the most exceptional customer service I've ever encountered. As first-time purrrents, Colleen was incredibly helpful and nice. She took care of every detail, including litter, food, toys, and transportation, so we could welcome our new fur kids with open arms. At the register, she went so far as to assist me in assembling the carrier. This is great since these things add up, and she also helped us with coupons. In order to prevent a catastrophe, she helped us find local resources.
August 18 · Elizabeth CooperWe went to purchase a personalized dog tag for the adorable addition to our family. It was my first time using the machine that engraved the tag. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and patient with us. The selection of tags was great impressive and the machine was pretty easy to use. We'll be back.
