★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were referred to All Pets by our vet in Dallas because when we adopted our cat Sausage in 2021 they found he had stomatitis and an infection in his gums which was causing him a lot of pain. He had been adopted and returned to the shelter once already, but we decided we needed to take care of him because it was our responsibilty as the pet owners. He is a very loving cat but you could tell he was unconfortable as he was grunting all the time and his breath was horrible. We made an appointment and took him to see Dr. Valese and to treat the stomatitis and infection we needed to remove all his back teeth, both upper and lower on both sides. Brittany and the staff were awesome, they always coordinated everything easily and they took wonderful care of Sausage. Within a couple weeks of the procedure he was a totally different cat! We followed Dr. Valese's instructions and brushed his teeth and gums with a little toothbrush every now and then and it has worked out just great. It has been 3 1/2 years since his surgery and we were following up every 6 months and he received a clean bill of health with no more follow-ups unless he starts to have problems (we were never charged for the follow-up exams which is a huge help). He has no more signs of any periodontal disease and is such a happy cat! I highly recommend Dr Valese if your pet needs dental care, they really know what they are doing and really care about keeping your pet healthy! Thank you so much!
August 16 · Frank NappiExcellent customer service by medical staff and veterinarian, Doctor Valese.. Both the doctor and veterinary staff were very compassionate as well as very professional to Bear Bear’s needs. Doctor Valese consistently kept me updated on Bear Bear’s progress and health before, during and after his dental surgery. I felt very comfortable with the staff and especially with Doctor Valese. He is very professional and compassionate in his care.
August 01 · ClaudetteDr. Valese and the crew at All Pets Dental took outstanding care of my dog Lulu when she was in for a root canal on a broken canine tooth recently. Dr. Valese explained what was needed and how the procedure was to be performed in detail. He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. The rest of the staff were super nice and helpful too. After the procedure, Dr. Valese himself went over Lulu's discharge instructions and sent us home with a folder of before and after pictures and xrays of the work done. As a former vet tech myself, I was really impressed and thought this was a very nice part of the services performed.I would definitely recommend All Pets Dental!! I just wish I lived closer since Lulu hates car rides!!
October 22 · Sharon GreggDr. Valdes is the absolute best. She explains every detail thoroughly and is so caring. Thank you for everything!
August 28 · Emily FritzOur cat suffered from stomatitis and had to have all his teeth (minus the 4 canines) removed. He recovered so quickly and didn't seem to be in any discomfort. You will pay more at a specialist than at your local vet but it was well worth the ease and comfort for out cat. Brittany was so kind and always kept us in the loop when it came to his appointments, during the procedure, and his aftercare. They do take care credit as well which is a huge help!
