★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We went into Petco in Woburn, MA on July 6th and met 4 adorable baby ferrets. They were 10 weeks old. We ended up adopting 2 of them, the male and a female. We’ve had them for 6 weeks now and they are thriving and doing SO great! They’re getting so big! We named them Fred and Esther after the Sanford and Son tv show. One of our favorites. Fred and Esther are brother and sister-in-law who are always picking on each other. So funny! Anyway…just wanted to let the staff in Woburn know that the little ones have been to the vet and they are healthy, happy and thriving! They give great kisses and they know the sound of their mamma’s voice. They are loved very much! Thank you for a great experience in your store and getting us everything we needed to take them home! You all were so wonderful! Thank you!!
August 16 · Kristen VachonI brought my cat Cheese in today for a vetco visit. Checking in was smooth and the check in staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the recommended vaccines for my cat. Whoever gave my cat his shots today was AMAZING. I did not catch her name but she was so kind and gentle with my usually skittish cat. I could tell he was so comfortable being under her care. He usually would try to scratch/bite strangers but he burrowed right into her arms and let her do her thing! You could tell she loves her job and takes such pride in her work. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back in the future!😊
February 23 · Makayla TrickettThe best employees. Maria was so nice with helping us get our chinchilla baby.bought everything I need in one store which was amazing. If I need anything I will deff be coming back. Literally the best experience ever I’m so happy!!!!
June 28 · Francesca AlcantaraTerrible service, unqualified staff. I went to buy a Beard Dragon for my son, the employee said it was too expensive. I used to vaccinate my dog there every year. I won't be going back. The staff are rude and judge you by your appearance.
August 02 · rosye silverI have a couple cats at home and went to the local Petco store to get their litter and food. My kid dragged me to the fish section and encounter what I consider substandard selling of fishes, each in an individual tiny plastic container cup, with nothing in it, most looked bored to death, or about to die from isolation. I will file a report to animal law enforcement, this is the saddest thing. I don’t think exotic animals should be sold at substandard conditions at pet stores, and I believe this practice needs to be banned.
