★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely the Best Vet Care in the Valley. The employees are caring and quick to help. We have used them time and time again and highly recommend them for any Cat or Dog Care. Their prices are very affordable compared to other Vet services in the valley!
June 26 · Joe GutierrezI took my 1 yr old cat (RAMBO) in to get neutered and we were both so nervous 😟 but I have to say from check- in to pick-up the entire process went very smoothly as busy as they are those ladies rocked! Not every day will be a great day for everybody there certainly are challenges each day but the day I went was definitely one of those great days all the ladies were friendly and professional and I appreciate the staff and the job they didIt was a great price $55 after crediting the $20 dollar deposit I made to secure the appointment I did not have an “extra’s” done like vaccines or nail trimming I was told to return to the clinic at 4:15pm to pick up my fur baby Everything was explained thoroughly for the aftercare and medication and I even got a follow up text message the day after my appointment wanting to know how Rambo was feeling/doing …..that little extra went along way with me 😊 keep up the great work!!
August 29 · Melanie RussellWe had to put our cat, Moon, down because she had been getting really sick for a month or so. At the end, she was wobbly, confused, yowling, not eating, etc. We got there and it was fast and easy. I thought it would take longer, and I was dreading it, because for Moon's sake, I just wanted it to be over with. Thankfully, it was quick and while I wasn't in the room while she was put to sleep, the lady that took her seemed gentle and that put me at ease. I hope you're resting peacefully, Moon, and catching up on the sleep that you missed in the last few miserable days.
February 25 · Emmy PanixGot my cat neutered here and I had a 7:40am appointment. Be ware that even though you have appointments it takes all day and if you add extra services they will forget. I added a nail trim and after getting home and getting him out of the carrier not only did we not get a cone after paying for one his nails were not trimmed also after paying for this added service. I also added pain medication and it took talking to multiple people for them to provide me with it again, after paying for it. If you take your fur baby just know it will be an all day venture for them, and be sure to inspect your fur baby before leaving to ensure everything you paid for was provided. I understand the overflow of people needing spay/neuter but if you make an appointment at a certain time that should be the time of the service as well as making sure everything the owner paid for is provided.
March 13 · Willow CottonVery kind, patient and understanding of the different reactions pet owners may experience when they have to surrender their pet. They printed me out a page full of "no kill" locations. Which took me from tears to a smile on my face. I was able to feel at peace knowing that he would be placed in another home.
