Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation Introduce
For pet owners in Arizona, watching a beloved dog struggle with pain, mobility issues, or a long recovery from surgery can be heartbreaking. This is where a dedicated rehabilitation clinic becomes an invaluable resource. Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation, located in Glendale, offers this precise and compassionate care. They are not a general vet clinic but a specialized center focused entirely on helping dogs heal, regain strength, and manage chronic conditions through expert physical therapy and rehabilitation.

She sees each dog as an individual, taking the time to thoroughly assess their condition and pinpoint the root causes of their discomfort or mobility issues. Whether a dog is recovering from a major surgery like a cruciate ligament repair, managing the chronic pain of hip dysplasia or arthritis, or simply needs a fitness program to get back into shape, Dr. Jarvis provides the guidance and therapeutic treatments needed to make a real difference.
The services offered at Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation go far beyond simple exercises. They combine a variety of advanced, non-invasive therapeutic techniques to maximize a dog's recovery and well-being. From cold laser therapy and water therapy to therapeutic exercises and pain management, every aspect of a dog's health is considered. For Arizona pet owners, choosing the right care for a dog with mobility issues, chronic pain, or post-surgical needs is a decision that significantly impacts their quality of life. Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation is an exemplary choice for several reasons that set it apart from other options. The most important factor is the clinic's specialized focus. In a world of general veterinary care, finding a dedicated expert like Dr. Jarvis—a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist—is an incredible asset. Her specialized knowledge and targeted approach can lead to much better outcomes than a general vet, offering a chance for a dog to not just recover, but truly thrive.
Furthermore, the personalized and holistic nature of the care is what truly makes this clinic stand out. Dr. Jarvis doesn't use a cookie-cutter approach; she carefully assesses each animal and designs a specific treatment and home exercise plan. This tailored strategy is why clients see such "amazing progress" and why their dogs "loved their sessions." By addressing the pet's needs holistically, including pain management, therapeutic exercises, and even nutrition consulting, she ensures that every aspect of the dog's well-being is considered. This level of comprehensive, compassionate care is invaluable for a pet in need of a healing journey.
Finally, the combination of advanced therapeutic modalities and a strong focus on client education makes the clinic a worthy choice. With treatments like cold laser therapy and water therapy, they offer tools that may not be available elsewhere, accelerating recovery and providing relief. Simultaneously, Dr. Jarvis empowers owners with the knowledge to actively participate in their dog's recovery, creating a partnership that yields lasting results. For these reasons—specialized expertise, personalized care, and a holistic approach to healing—Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation is an outstanding resource and the best possible choice for your dog's physical therapy needs in the Glendale and Phoenix area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would highly recommend Dr. Jarvis and AZ Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation. It's been a roller coaster of emotions to find out my dog has not only IVDD, but also hip dysplasia. I had no clue what to do to support him. I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Jarvis and have her evaluate Blue. She gave me so much great information and really helped me see how he was compensating for his injuries and pain. I am able to be more in-tune with his needs, and as we have been able to incorporate a bit more exercise into his routine, I know what to keep my eyes on the lookout for. Dr. Jarvis was so great with Blue - he loved his sessions and was happy that she had such great treats. I am so thankful to have been referred to Dr. Jarvis!

April 10 · Diana De SantiagoDr. Sonnet is 100% dedicated to her patients and doing what is best for them. She has provided excellent rehab care for five dogs within our family over several years. As well as numerous dogs that we have fostered. Being both a veterinarian and certified canine rehabilitation therapist provides added value to the care of your pets. I always found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Sonnet. The photo is of our golden who she rehabbed back to strength after he finished several weeks of chemo treatments.
March 08 · Shirley NorrisFor over ten years, Dr. Sonnet Jarvis, DVM of Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation has been an absolute lifesaver for our beloved pets Lucky, Niki and Angie. Under her expert care and compassionate guidance, our pets’ quality of life has improved and their mobility extended through their rehab sessions with her. Dr. Jarvis’s dedication to her patients is truly unmatched; She combines her extensive veterinary knowledge with a genuine love for animals, ensuring that every step of the rehabilitation process is tailored to their individual needs. Thanks to her expertise and support, our pets’ mobility and vitality were improved beyond our expectations. February 17 · The AZSaintBuddiesMy Chihuahua Bailey Rae has been receiving physical therapy sessions from Dr Sonnet Jarvis for a year now. We were referred to her after a really rough recovery from her luxating patella surgery. Due to Bailey Rae being placed in so many splints she had developed pressure ulcers, lost strength/range of motion in her right back leg, her muscles atrophied, she became bowlegged as a result of this, and was on multiple pain medications. Dr Sonnet Jarvis took her time with Bailey Rae; developed an at home plan as well for me to not only make my home safer for Bailey’s mobility but exercises for her to do as well. Since we’ve been in physical therapy, Bailey is only on an anti-inflammatory and her muscles have started to grow back, she’s progressed more then what her Ortho surgeon had expected. My dog is actually able to have a happy life thanks to Dr Sonnet Jarvis. Her attention to detail and calming approach with my dog made the world of a difference. I just wish we would have found her sooner.
