★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Should be named “selective animal services” because they only seem to want to take animals for well appointments and only when they’re “current” patients. I was just told that they would not take my sick cat because they do not have any records of her there. First of all, it’s not my fault if they got rid of her records. Second of all, a person should be able to seek treatment for their pet at any animal hospital. Their whole job is treating animals! Whether they’ve seen them before is irrelevant. What if I was new to town or just got this cat? Nope, can’t go there. They’re clearly not sorry about it either. I was told to bring the cat to an urgent care. And when I mentioned that those places OVERcharge…not that I was unwilling to pay a responsible price, but that I didn’t want to pay $500 just for showing up…I was told pets are a “luxury.” As if they’re THINGS, like a sports car or designer shoes and not living animals that have 1000x more empathy than the woman answering their damn phone. These are our family members and companions, not our luxury ITEMS. Unlike this place, we do not toss their needs aside without care. If veterinarians could get out of this asinine “luxury item” mindset and maybe treat all animals...whether they remember laying eyes on them before or not, and especially when they’re sick, and not charge pet owners like it’s a car insurance deductible for one appointment, then maybe people would be more likely to bring them in yearly. My parents are retired, so no, they didn’t feel the need to spend extra money on taking a cat to see a vet yearly when there was nothing wrong with it before.

February 11 · Ann AylwardDr long is excellent prices are reasonable I love that if he doesn't know what the issue is he will refer you out instead of trying to charge you a ton of money to run all kinds of tests great people very friendly always in and out super quick
