Glendora Pet Care Center Introduce
For pet parents in Glendora and the wider Southern California area, finding a veterinary clinic that offers a truly comprehensive approach to animal wellness can be a game-changer. Glendora Pet Care Center (GPCC) stands out as a unique and exceptional animal hospital that integrates both traditional Western medicine and a wide range of holistic, Eastern therapies. This approach, which a customer aptly described as a "more wholistic approach to healthcare," is at the core of their philosophy. Led by the highly-praised Dr. Huang, the team at GPCC is dedicated to tailoring care to each individual pet, ensuring they receive the most effective and compassionate treatment possible.
The clinic's commitment to offering a variety of therapeutic options is particularly beneficial for pets with chronic conditions or those who may not respond well to conventional medicine alone. As one pet owner shared in a heartfelt review, their senior Pom-Chi experienced a "miraculous" transformation after just one visit for acupuncture and a Librela injection, going from barely moving to "doing little zoomies" again. This kind of success story highlights the profound impact of their integrative care model. The staff's dedication to taking their time, explaining procedures, and genuinely caring for each patient makes the experience comfortable for both the pet and the owner.
GPCC's mission is to help dedicated owners keep their pets healthy and happy, recognizing that "one size definitely does not fit all" when it comes to veterinary care. They understand that a pet's physical and psychological welfare are intertwined, and their holistic options, such as Chinese herbal medicine and food therapy, provide new avenues for healing. This forward-thinking approach has made them a trusted resource for pet parents who are looking for alternative or complementary solutions to their pet’s health challenges. Their reputation for compassion, expertise, and a patient-first mentality has made them a valued institution in the Glendora community.
Glendora Pet Care Center is conveniently located at 1948 E Rte 66, Glendora, CA 91740, USA. This location on a major route makes it easily accessible for pet owners throughout Glendora and nearby cities in the San Gabriel Valley. The clinic is committed to ensuring a welcoming environment for all, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. This attention to detail demonstrates their dedication to serving a diverse clientele and making the clinic visit as stress-free as possible for everyone.

This structured approach helps minimize wait times and allows the veterinary team to prepare for each patient's specific needs. The presence of a restroom on-site is a small but important amenity that adds to the overall comfort of a visit, especially during a longer appointment or while waiting for a pet’s procedure. The strategic location combined with these convenient features makes GPCC a practical and reliable choice for pet healthcare in the region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to this vet for two years and couldn't be happier. I started going to have my senior pup get acupuncture as he endured chemo (from another vet). Sadly, my pup passed away, but I returned to GPCC with my current pups. They got their dental cleaning and vaccines. The prices were reasonable and the doctor takes her time explaining everything that should be done to have the healtiest pups. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care for all their patients.GPCC also offers boarding and daycare which I haven't used yet but like the availability.I love the fact that this place offers both Western and Eastern medicine to provide a more wholistic approach h to healthcare.
August 26 · Alicia RomeroI can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Huang and her incredible team! From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in the right hands. My 16-year-old Pom-Chi, Bambi, has been struggling with chronic pain for the past few years, and I had started to notice her getting increasingly sad, barely moving, and sleeping most of the day. She’d been on pain meds for a while, but I was really looking for a different approach to help her feel like herself again.Dr. Huang did a thorough evaluation, taking the time to understand Bambi’s condition and needs. She explained everything in detail, which made me feel so comfortable. After performing acupuncture and giving Bambi a Librela injection, it was like a switch flipped! The transformation has been nothing short of miraculous.Bambi is now following me around the house, doing little zoomies, and, most importantly, she looks so much brighter and more energetic. I can’t believe how much better she’s feeling after just one visit! The level of compassion, care, and expertise from Dr. Huang and the entire staff was truly exceptional. They made Bambi feel loved and comfortable every step of the way, and it shows in her progress.I’m so grateful to this amazing team, and I’ve already shared their contact information with several friends who also have aging pets. If you have a senior or ailing pet, I highly recommend Dr. Huang and her team—it's the best decision I’ve made for Bambi's well-being!Thank you again for giving my sweet girl a new lease on life!
January 09 · Vanessa YanezWe love this vet and staff. We’ve been with her team for years. We lost our beagle last week but got the best care for her thanks to Dr. Huong. We have another senior dad that we will only take to this vet.Our family LOVES this team for our pets.
May 06 · Kendal MEasy check-in, seen on time. Doctor took time to explain everything and go over next steps in detail. They took extra care to keep my cat as comfortable as possible during the exam. The day after the visit, I got a follow up call from the doctor to go over results of tests and any questions I had - I really appreciated this. Facility was clean and staff was professional and respectful.
August 07 · JAIncompetent or lazy. I brought my newly adopted cat for a check up of their tail. It was stiff, smelly and flat. The vets here said it was fine. The bones just fused that stuff way. I got a second opinion same day and they found that the tail was necrotic evident by the falling skin and fur and puss.I wouldn’t get flea medication from this place. Horrible.
