★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was very nervous bringing my puppy to a new vet, but Dakota deserves the biggest shout out. He was so kind with my puppy and made the whole experience so educational. You can really tell how much he cares about the animals AND the customers. My girl poppy has some issues that required a VERY painful shot which he did a wonderful job preparing me for. It was so much more tolerable being informed and he was so sweet with her when holding her. He informed me of so many things to look forward at when it came to my puppy, and gave great recommendations. Seriously, he was so intelligent and friendly and made me LOVE this vet office. Give this man a raise bc I will seriously be referring everyone I know. I even have another vet my other dog goes to and I very well might move him over here given the level of care. Thank you so much!!
January 31 · Bette Mae Jimenez-PenningtonThank you to Dr. Sahota and his team at Banfield who took care of our golden retriever, Milo, for his entire life from puppyhood to 11 years old. Dr. Sahota always took great care of Milo and always communicated all options with our family whenever Milo had an issue with his health. Dr. Sahota is an amazing veterinarian who not only cares about the pets he treats but also cares about his patients' families. We always felt very comfortable bringing Milo here, and Milo himself was always very excited and never afraid to visit Banfield (and he visited very often!). Dr. Sahota not only takes care of pets - he also takes care of families. Thank you so much. We highly recommend Dr. Sahota to anyone looking for a primary veterinarian for their dog.
April 11 · Anusha RaoYearly "comprehensive" exam and nail trim on a 70 lbs dog took 10 minutes. The vet is scared of dogs, and my dog always left shaking and running to get out. I stopped paying the $50 a month for 10 minutes of service a year and started going to Irvine Pet Hospital, me and my dog couldn't be happier. Banfield also never sent my dogs records over after I called and asked them to, exactly what I expected from them considering all they didn't do while with them.
August 19 · Christopher GoekeHorrible experience. If I could rate -1, I would. What happened to Banfield. The customer service is horrible. The staff, except for Dakota, appear not to care. I'll be sharing my experience with Banfield corp, and on Yelp.
August 26 · M MI took my buddy here due to an issue related to an error at the Petsmart grooming and they took care of it all. The doctor that took care of him said he would be fine. He said to come back for a check-up. Two weeks later they said all good and we were on our way. My buddy was happy and that made me happy. All in all very happy for a minor issue.
