August 28 · S eusfI absolutely love everyone there! All the doctor's, techs and the support staff! My Jake enjoys his visits there and has made friends with everyone!!! They are super friendly, patient oriented and very knowledgeable!!!
December 25 · Tina SmithThe people at this location are great but frankly the business side of Banfield is horrific. The people at corporate are thieves that want your money and can care less about the health of your pet. They knocked me off my wellness plan due to a technicality and now want me to pay hundreds of dollars before I am able to take my dog back in there. The corporate office even told it was a general error in the monthly payments that knocked me off the re-ocurring payment plan. I only ever got one letter notifying me about this and now they canceled my wellness plan. How do you want me to pay you and yet you are making it difficult to do so? Now I am left with no vet and a $500 bill due to the lack of efficiency and ethical values this company has. If you are thinking of taking your pet here DON'T! I should've taken my pet to a private vet from day one. Major regret trying to trust Banfield.
March 10 · Mario RodriguezVery nice staff. I picked the wellness plan for my new 2-month-old puppy. My complaint is that they don't let you in the exam room with your pet and the vet, the tech just comes to get your pet and asks what your concerns are, and takes them to the back. I adopted my pup from a rescue and provided the front desk with a copy of the records I received, telling them what is needed and even that my pup is on a medication which was also on the paper; they said they would give the records to the vet tech for their review so they can decide what to do next. The vet tech comes out and asks me all the same questions, names of meds, what I'm there for today, etc. when I already gave them the paperwork that said everything, and I don't know the names. Not seeing the Dr. made it a bit weird because you couldn't have a conversation with them but instead play a game of telephone. In the end, the doctor came to explain pet insurance, but I had to ask about his skin issue, to which she responded by suggesting something I had already explained that the rescue tested for. So, needless to say, it's a little frustrating. I understand COVID isn't going away, but 99% of things have gone back to normal, and not even being able to see the vet is horrible. Makes you wonder if they're even seeing your animal or reading anything you gave them.***UPDATED 4/1*** Rocket had a great grooming visit today. Smells and looks so good! Thank you.
