★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We haven’t always had the best experience with Banfield. Visits can take forever, and it’s hard to get seen when my pets are sick. But our recent visit was excellent! My Stella had abnormal bloodwork, but Dr Button took the time to explain what it all meant and what to do next. Stella even got a report card! I felt really supported and know my Stella was in good hands while she is there. Cynthia the tech was efficient when I picked up, explaining medications and making my next appointment, unlike the older woman who checked me in that morning (which took nearly 20min)
August 04 · Samantha LNorthborough Banfield has been a life saver for my dog Grace. She had a bad experience at a former vet and is petrified now. They took time to figure out by medication and patience how to take care of her. I would like to recognize Al at the desk. Va. Noelia and Dr. Romero
July 07 · Linda BI've been taking my dog Nacho here for years, and I've always been happy. We know most of the people that work here, and they all have a nice way about them that makes Nacho welcome and happy. Once I make an appointment, I just drive there and we're out of there in no time. I cant say enough good things about them.
September 23 · RL WI would recommend this vet to anyone and actually have done so multiple times. II have been taking cats to Banfield for 10 or 11 years and have always been pleased with their mix of professionalism and sweetness when interacting with my cats. They are also very sympathetic and understanding when you have to have your pet put to sleep. If you have an emergency, they will try to squeeze you in. If they can't, you can try any of the other Banfields in your area. I have only had to do that once or twice but it's handy.
March 27 · Amber SegalI love Banfield but I am not a fan of Dr. Butters. She is not personable and really no contact with my Spencer.
