★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff. Yes the doctors are amazing but let me tell you their front desk staff is truly incredible. I had a little bit of a breakdown today regarding my Doodle and honestly, I was annoying and called over and over. Every time I called, I was greeted with a friendly voice. They were kind, calming and reassuring! When you’re having a rough day and you’re worried about your furry friend and the people on the other End of the phone are that amazing you know your Doodle is in good hands! I wouldn’t dream of taking my girl any place else they are the best!
March 21 · cori dunphyThe hardest thing a pet owner can do is make the agonizing decision to put their pet to sleep. Dr. Cavalieri was totally compassionate, sympathetic, and explained the procedure, and made the hard experience a little easier to handle. I would 100% recommend him.
June 10 · Eric GollI have had nothing but an amazing experience with both Drs and all the staff. They genuinely care about my pup and have no issues spending time with me answering all questions I may have. It’s comparatively a small clinic so sometimes calling in takes a try or two but other than that, highly recommended!
April 22 · JamesI have to say I understand how the veterinary field works. Things happen. Staff can be short handed. Ive been there. In any case. I was so thankful they could get my pet in. I was however put off by how they placed me in a surgical room to wait. There was blood on the floor. The matt on the table was Worn down, strands open, uncleaned. The mat had white particals all over it. Skin? Who knows. After a tech walked in I brought it to her attention right away. She then moved me there after. I just don't know if I would truly ever return.
December 24 · Melissa AnnWould not recommend. My cat had cancer and Dr. Bloom said the the lump he felt in her right mammary tract might be a cyst and to delay surgery. He was wrong. She got much worse. A previous doctor examined her and concluded she had mammary gland tumors in the left and right mammary tracts. Dr. Bloom insisted on delaying surgery on the right mammary tract. The previous doctor didn't do a biopsy because he knew they were cancer which was validated when the left mammary tract was removed.. He saw them and strongly recommend the removal of the other tract. This kind of cancer doesn't occur in only one mammary tract. Dr.Bloom didnt bother to take seriously the records from the other doctor or to consult with him. My cat's cancer spread more quickly.
