★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff at Beaumont animal Hospital is very friendly, extremely understanding to your feelings when taking your fur baby in for something serious as mine. Dr. Diaz was amazing in the procedure that he did for my baby. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor or staff thank you so much.
May 15 · Melissa DuranBeaumont Animal Hospital truly cares about your pets! The staff is always friendly, and the vets appear to want whatever is best for the animals. Sadly, I'm at their facility at least once a month because of my dog's anal glands and skin conditions, my wallet definitely feels the impact. I'd recommend Beaumont Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a trustworthy veterinary in the area!
August 28 · Mercedes CervantesTook our dog Sprocket in because he was drinking excessive water. Dr Diaz checked him out and recommended blood and urine tests. This was June 4, 2025. It took multiple 5-6 phone messages , email to get those test results. Crickets! My husband finally went down there and demanded the test results on Friday June 12th. By this time Sprocket had stopped eating and we took him to Oak Valley, after a quick exam and review of the test results she immediately sent us to Emergency Hospital. Keep in mind Dr Diaz and the Beaumont hospital had the test results and not once did they return calls nor told us his diagnosis! He ended up in Er for 2 days with DKA/Pancreatitis. How can a vet be so negligent? And guess what, they never have reached out yet! $5000 later and 10 vet visits we are making headway getting him regulated with diabetes. A week after we picked up the results the front desk called and sent the results. Not realizing we picked them up. How can a vet not have someone call us after seeing sprockets results? How can a vet not have his front office call us? How can a vet run a business but call in sick 4 days a week? I’m owed an apology, I’m owed an explanation and I’m owed reimbursement for his negligence.
July 15 · Julie RothAble to get an appointment at a reasonable amount of time they were very courteous very knowledgeable. I liked the veterinarian very much. Everything I needed to attend to is taken care of and the price was reasonable.. I give them an A+ rating these are the two that I brought in to see the veterinarian
November 24 · Nancey Cambron*****VERY Long Post*****Yesterday my baby girl went into labor and had 2 pups at home/1 was alive and the other was still born. She did not deliver another pup for a little more than 2 hours. I took my baby girl to the vet that had previous confirmed her pregnancy and later the number of pups and was quickly turned away and told to take her to an emergancy facility by the vet on duty(not the vet that had previously examined my sweet girl who was very nice and helpful)I did get upset and said out loud I need to leave her now, the young lady at the desk advised me to try the Redland's emergancy vets(2 different one's )I said that is to far. She advised of Beaumont Animal Hospital. I and My friend drove over to Beaumont Animal Hospital and it was closed for lunch, I was so worried but remained as calm as I could. The doors opened and when I walked in 3 people were already at the counter because it took me a few minutes to gather my Girl and her 2 babies, (the alive pup and the stillborn pup). When I walked in I was greeted within 3 minutes and as I was explaining while holding my girl in my arms she gave birth to the 3rd pup, my friend said Ne-Ne, she just gave birth and the pup is hanging, that is when I began to feel the wetness from the sac, one gentleman at the counter waiting like we were cupped his hands and cradled the pup as I began to lay my girl on the counter, the ladies behind the counter grabbed my girl and her new pup and took them to the back as another took my puppies backpack that had the 1st born and the still born in it. Dr. Diaz kept my babies and monitored them while waiting for my girl to deliver the next pup so we thought but Dr. Diaz confirmed she still had 2 more pups inside and unfortunately confirmed that one did not have a heartbeat. My girl delivered the stillborn and Dr. Diaz said she may need a c-section, I was so afraid of her being cut, that i began to pray, we eventually went home and waited for the 5th and final pup to be delivered. Dr Diaz was so kind and gently advised that the remaining pup although there was a heartbeat if left in to long my not be born alive, and advised to come back in the morning if she had not delivered. I was up with her until after 3am. When I awoke at almost 5 am she had delivered the last pup but I couldn't tell if it was alive, she was cleaning it and would not let me touch it. When she finally let me touch the pup it was after 6am and the placenta was still inside of her and the pup was still attached although completely out of her. The pup was alive, THANK YOU GOD, for my baby not having to be cut and her baby being born alive.Dr. Diaz and the ladies in his office are true angels walking on earth and I am so grateful to have been able to have my baby seen by them.I 150% recommend Dr. Diaz, & His Team At The BEAUMONT ANIMAL HOSPITAL!THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES AND GOD BLESS YOU DR. DIAZ AND YOU BEAUTIFUL TEAM OF YOUNG LADIES!KALLIE-STARR PARKER AND HER PARENTS
