★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my cat in because she had been licking herself so much she was removing fur and was very anxious. He suggested I update her vaccines. I let him know that she was an indoor cat and had not been to the vet since she was a baby 5 years ago and I was worried the shots might be overwhelming all at once. He assured me that she would be fine and would not have any adverse side effects. He ended up giving her 6 individual shots which was very traumatic for her and the nurse holding her. They also gave us medicine and charged us so much which ended up for something that just ended up being ibuprofen. My cat declined extremely fast. She ended up almost dying. Her spin was impacted. She stopped eating, stopped walking, stopped going to the bathroom for days. When I called they were like oh that's not supposed to happen. I took her to the Riverside Animal Hospital who was extremely helpful and listen to me cry my eyes out and gave me so much helpful information. She ended up surviving but I will not be going back here. The assistant is nice and the doctor isn't terrible but I think they need to think about the care of the animals before the money. It feels as if they are trying to get the biggest bill out of you possible rather than considering what is best for your animals. Please consider this before taking your animals here.
June 19 · Reyna AllenI took my pet rat Pepper to see Dr Lee. She was really sick. Respiratory problems. I thought she would not make it. But Dr Lee examed her thoroughly and determined it was a respiratory infection. He gave her 2 shots and sent her home with antibiotics to treat her and my other ratties. Pepper is back to normal thank God. And my other 2 are improving. I highly recommend Dr Lee for your small pocket pets. He did an amazing job. And the staff super nice and welcoming. I give them 5 stars!! Thanks again Dr Lee.
March 23 · Lisa RiveraDr. Lee is an amazing veterinarian, his assistant very pleasant lady as well 💕 they took me in very last minute for our family’s guinea pig “Smores” from consultation to medication and procedure done ✅ pricing was amazing and affordable. This will be definitely my to go veterinarian 💕
May 09 · Rebecca ZaragozaBrought my elder dog here because he was sick. They told me it was pneumonia and that he needed some antibiotics. The never told me the negative affects or consequences of giving an older dog a vaccine. They charged me $200+. As I’m leaving the clinic, my poor dog died in my arms. I went back in and they instantly went over the cremation prices. I get this place is a business, but sometimes situations like this can be avoided.
February 27 · Anahy HerreraDr Lee and Cindy (Cyndi?) were wonderful. One of the semi feral kittens I feed showed up with a URI and I couldn’t let her go untreated. Although she was a bit difficult because she’s only used to me, they got her taken care of. Dr Lee recommended a few blood tests since she had a higher risk of FIV and feline leukemia. Tests came back negative, she’s healthy and now living the lush life of an indoor cat! I will be taking all 3 of my pets here, when needed, from now on!
