★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When we moved here 10 years ago, finding the right vet for our little buddies was a top priority. Over the years, Dr. Bruzzi and his staff have provided nothing but outstanding care, and we’re deeply grateful. Most recently, our beloved 15+ year old cat Cleo, faced serious health issues. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to her last month. During that incredibly difficult time, Dr. Bruzzi and his team were not only professional, but also profoundly empathetic. Their guidance and compassion helped make a heartbreaking experience as peaceful and loving as possible. We were especially touched to receive a sympathy card with Cleo’s sweet paw prints and nose print. It meant so much to us.We’ll always appreciate the care they gave Cleo—and the kindness they showed to us.
August 28 · Lori SchirkLove the vets here! They are always so nice to me and my kitty. I wouldn't bring my animals anywhere else. Thank you for being awesome !
March 28 · HaileasoaresBrought my dog there to be what I was told to be humanity euthanized due tohealth issues and was treated with zero compassion or respect by the woman at the front desk, who I believe to be the Vet's sister. I was not allowed to be with him at the end and the woman just snatched him away and dragged him to the back like a bag of trash going to the curbside. If you truly love your pet you won't bring them here!
May 11 · C GI am used to going to the Taunton animal hospital, but as I cant use them because they are not accepting new patients… I had to look elsewhere. The vet herself was good, the front desk lady was not kind at all.. she definitely should not be working with animals.
May 27 · iicarebeariIt’s very unfortunate that I had to change vets after 16 years of my cat going to this vet. The front desk woman was so rude to me over the phone. She was condescending and treated me like I was stupid for asking if I could get some advice for my cat. I have two toddlers and I have a very limited amount of time in the schedule to be able to go to the vet with my cat and she was completely disregarding that and giving me ridiculous times like 7 AM. I have a two-year-old and a three-year-old I cannot do 7 AM.After I hung up the phone I immediately called another place and got her in. After almost 17 YEARS in with the same vet! I refuse to go to a place that talks to people that way. Im disappointed they could be kind and accommodating. And they only schedule in the morning now that’s ridiculous too.
