★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Leeb spayed my sweet Fern and took great care of her. She is healing well & I'm glad to have such a wonderful vet clinic helping me keep my fur babies healthy!I love that Dr Leeb called me in the evening to check on Fern and vet tech Heather called the next day to check in again. They have always been there for me when I needed them.
July 18 · Sherri StrikwerdaThey always take great care of my senior cat. She’s deaf and needs her claws clipped regularly since she can’t sharpen them like she used to. I can always get an appt to fit my schedule, and everyone from the time I come in til the time I leave are always friendly. It’s a tough job working any position at a vet. We take our pets very seriously so I get the stress level they work under. I really like Dr. Dewberry although I’ve had great experiences with my dogs with other vets there.
September 02 · Rachel BrownNot the practice it used to be. I've trusted this vet for the past 17 years with three dogs. Recently its has been a revolving door of veterinarians so impossible to develop a relationship. They have no problem calling and sending reminders for costly well visits, but they are not available when you need them most!! I currently have two dogs, one of which injured his tail. We happened to have a well visit, during which the vet would not remove the wrapping and said it looked like we were "handling the situation". His tail then got infected, and I called first thing in the morning and was told they could not fit me in till the end of next week and to take him to an emergency facility. I took him to a different vet in the area, and he has surgery scheduled for the next day. I've let other things go such as 1) I've been told I could not renew a flea and tick prescription for one of my dogs (the other was filled) because one had not had his well visit, but it was already scheduled for a future date and they could not accommodate appointments together. 2) I'm charged a fee for hazardous waste removal for nail clippings in addition to the tech visit charge and nail clipping fee 3) Office is filthy, animal hair and slobber in waiting and appointment rooms. I should be able to get an appointment when my dog has a problem. Definitely would not recommend this vet anymore.
July 26 · Rachel ShirleyWonderful facility and staff they recently got us started on insulin with one of our cats. Dr. Dewberry took time with us and guided us through the options and only laughed a couple of times at our stupid questions (kidding). Highly recommended.🫡
August 23 · Thomas HustonI was especially pleased with Dr. Leeb and his assistant to my 17 yr old cat Gracie. They spent 45 minutes on her and were extremely gentle and caring. Gracie is very challenging to handle, however, they managed her gracefully. I've seen many vets in 50 yrs but Dr. Leeb is my favorite. He explains everything and answers questions and is very kind. I would never want any vet other than Dr. Leeb to treat any of my animals. His assistant (unfortunately I forget her name was also the very best and thoughtful) - I'd prefer her as well in future visits.
