The hospital’s reputation is built on a foundation of trust and a deep-seated love for animals. One client, a pet owner named Daisy, shared a powerful testimonial about their experience. They had been to another vet who misdiagnosed an issue with their pet’s tail, but the team at Norwich Regional Animal Hospital was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem right away. The same client also experienced the team's exceptional care when their pet became very sick on a Sunday night. The clinic was able to get them in on Monday, where the staff and Dr. Lisa took "such good care of her" and made the owners "feel 100 times better knowing she was in such good hands with people that truly care." This story highlights the clinic's ability to provide accurate diagnoses and their incredible responsiveness in times of crisis.
Another review from a cat owner praised the clinic after getting their seven-year-old cat neutered there. They were impressed that the cat was "back to completely normal" within two days, with "ZERO stitches. ZERO discomfort." The client noted that the vets "all love my cat as much as I do," which made the cat feel "very comfortable and calm." This demonstrates the clinic's commitment to "fear-free" visits and a compassionate approach to even routine surgical procedures. The professionalism of the entire team, from the receptionist to the vets, ensures a "great experience" for everyone involved. These reviews collectively paint a picture of a veterinary practice that is not only medically excellent but also deeply empathetic and reliable.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So my girl Daisy has been going to NRAH for a few years now. They found out what was happening with her tail and was able to fix that right away, which our other vet misdiagnosed what was going on.And just recently, my little girl got very sick on a Sunday night. They were so amazing and we were able to get her in Monday and took such good care of her and just made us feel 100 times better knowing she was in such good hands with people that truly care. I would 100% recommend this veterinary clinic to anybody for how amazing and caring Dr Lisa and the whole staff are to patience and their parents!
July 17 · Meghan FischerI got my 7 year old cat neutered here and within 2 days he was back to completely normal! ZERO stitches. ZERO discomfort. July 26 · Braeden KulbackiAmazing care and attention, as always. Really made a successful blood draw happen for my 67lb and 15lb mutts. Demonstrated amazing care and understanding, helping us both be successful. Thank you so much!
August 26 · Ryan MunnGot in due to an emergency. My regular vet wasn't available and didn't have any options for me within a good time frame. Norwich Animal Hospital got us in within an hour of me calling. They diagnosed Nancy and got her hydrated, medicated and on the mend within an hour! Now she is thriving! I love this place. When you walk through the door you know you're in an establishment that loves their animals and always puts animals wellbeing at top priority! Such caring and loving people! Thank you all!
October 01 · Hannah PierceBeing a Healthcare traveler I have to locate a local veterinary every several months to establish my golden to renew prescriptions, update vaccines and to have a provider in case of an emergency. This facility was highly recommended to me by another dog mom that I met at the dog park. We made a well visit and I loved how the vet got down on the floor to examine and play with Bella making her more comfortable. Bella has also gone in a couple of times for lyme vaccines and the techs are wonderful with her as well. Overall has been a great experience with this Animal Hospital!
