★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my pup in with an appointment for vaccines. The service was quick and very professional. Staff was kind, informative and gentle. 10/10! Would recommend this vet!Now after seeing the previous “bad” review blaming the clinic feels more like misplaced anger likely because you were overwhelmed and scared but directing the blame to the clinic instead of acknowledging your own delay is a bit much. That 4-hour delay raises big questions about the your judgment. Per your review they were referring you to another clinic, an emergency hospital actually which may have actually been the most responsible thing to do, given the fact you said lots of cars were in the parking lot.Isn’t that why ER clinics exist ?
August 01 · April CaroIt was determined that our 15 year old dog was ready to go.. Doctor and staff was really sympathetic during our dogs last moments of life. We requested alot of blankets to keep Copper warm and comfortable for him to cross the rainbow bridge. 800 was bit much but nothing else we could do. We will be reciving his ashes in week.
February 04 · Christopher HernandezThey were the best. I called in to get information about shots and they took me right away over a holiday weekend. Best staff and doctors ever.
December 28 · Mark LuceroUnprofessional staff !! They are allergic to cats . They charge so much money for meds and also to run lab testing . The Veterinarian is not even knowledgeable. She just guesses on what might be the diagnosis. I don’t recommend this place at all ! Pomona Animal Hospital is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
July 25 · EsmeraldaSo glad I found this place! My dog’s regular vet was unable to see her on such short notice and I found this place. Such amazing and welcoming staff. My dog was nervous to be at the vet and they were so caring and patience with her. Couldn’t ask for better service! My dog had an issue and with the medications prescribed to my dog it did the trick. I think I found my dog a permanent vet she will be seeing from now on. Definitely recommend this Animal Hospital.
