★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Shelby and the whole team were professional, experienced, efficient, and helpful. I had a lot of confidence in everything Dr. Shelby identified with my 13-year-old dog. Fia, who seemed to enjoy the visit! The facility is beautiful as well with state-of-the-art instruments and exam rooms.
August 15 · Ann BagnellI recently took my dog Fergus to Vet Vision Center in Lambertville, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to greet us and make Fergus feel at ease, which is so important for any pet.The facility itself is modern, clean and well-organized, creating a calm atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure Fergus was comfortable during his visit, using gentle handling and reassuring words. It's clear that Dr Sara is not only incredibly knowledgeable but genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners.Update: our little Poppy also sees Dr Sara now too. We are beyond pleased with Vet Vision Center and continue to recommend
February 21 · Lisa HendricksOur cat was seen by Dr. Sara. She's a very caring and careful doctor, who gently examined our nervous formerly feral girl. Everyone we encountered was great. Now a note about their facility. I honestly wish that all veterinarian offices were exactly like this. The exam room we were in was decorated in warm colors, with soft lighting, and sounds of birds chirping from a small speaker. There was plenty of seating for family in the exam room. Lighting was indirect, except of course when bright light was needed for proper examination. But that bright light was targeted and didn't change the ambient lighting in the room. Really pleasant and thoughtfully done. Here's another thing: They have separate exam rooms for dogs and cats, and their waiting area is separated, too. Their entire practice is designed to lower the stress levels of already stressed animals and, perhaps, their owners as well.Thank you guys so much!
July 21 · Chiz WalterYesterday, we took our family dog to get her eye looked at by Dr. Shelby. The professionalism and friendliness that Vet Vision Center provides is top of line. The intake personnel, the vet assistant, and the doctor all went above and beyond for our sweet girl. Coming into the appointment we were a concerned mess, but by the time we left, we knew the great care she was in and were so pleased with how the procedure went. Thank you Dr. Shelby, Elyssa, Alaina, Shari and the whole team! If you are considering having one of your pets eyes looked at, I highly recommend you visit this location.
June 24 · Bob SteinDr. Sara and her team are amazing! My cat Omar first had an eyelid tacking done here, which went very smoothly, and yesterday he had his entropion surgery, and everything went very, very well. He already looks so much better and more comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for how professional and compassionate everyone was. Highly recommend!👍❤️
