★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stopped in today for the first time and can’t rave enough about this store and the owner! She was so kind and has so much knowledge. They take amazing care of these animals, they are the number one priority and that’s how it should be! They screen each pets future home before purchase to make sure they are going in to an happy healthy home. Amazing place with amazing selection of reptiles as well as hedgehogs, ferrets, rabbits, Guinea pigs, and sugar gliders! Great place to come if you’re looking to add a new pet to the family or just to come and see the animals. Such a great shop and I will definitely be back and bringing my friends and fam!
August 04 · Hannah TusseyDefinitely the best pet store I've been to. It's really organized and the cages look great. The only thing I'd change is if probably add a couple of hammocks into the ferret cage. But other than that they had a beautiful place with healthy and happy animals.
August 21 · SolisHopefully you’ll have a better experience than I have. I wasn’t going to write a review but after being denied what kind of food she sells for ferrets as her “recipe” in an ignorant way, and a stupid comparison.. I hope you all know what you’re feeding them if you buy it from her and it’s not just a bunch of fillers. My last visit I also was waiting 15 minutes up at the register just to be checked out with the dude. He didn’t even greet us when we walked in. I bought well over $150 worth of supplies, and toys from here for our ferrets and even some of the freeze dried candy and Dubai bark for my kids. Never again.
August 01 · Google UserSaw this place on W-BEL news and figured I’d take a look. Do not go here. I took a visit and was beyond disgusted by the lack of care for these animals. Mites in most tanks, and improper care all around. These two gargoyle geckos were even fighting in their tank. These animals should not be housed together… very cruel. The tanks look like they have not been cleaned in months.
December 28 · Julia WingerdPlease reconsider before supporting this business, I don’t believe their animals are given the best living conditions. The worst was the axolotls, it’s completely unethical to sell axolotls as they are already are going extinct, however they need very specific temperature and humidity in their environment which is hard to replicate. They had about 10 axolotls l in a plastic bin with water bottles floating in it.It was really upsetting to see these beautiful animals kept in these conditions, even if they are surviving it was sad to see them on a plastic box on the floor, especially a endangered species. This store made me really sad for the animals inside it, I really hope the owners reconsider the conditions for their axolotls and hope they stop purchasing and selling axolotls. They are endangered species native to Mexico and shouldn’t be kept in captivity or bred please stop selling Axolotls.
