A devastating and traumatic grooming experience. I came in for a bath, teeth brushing, and blueberry facial. Additionally I asked the groomer Diana to trim my dog’s upper lip line, and I showed her exactly where I would like her to trim. Diana did not listen to a word I said and SHAVED the front of her face down to the skin. It’s uneven and the hair around where she shaved is jagged and mangled. The lower part of her mouth (which I did not ask the groomer to touch) is also a mess, jagged, and uneven. I am still completely shocked a professional groomer would think this is acceptable.Additionally, the staff was extremely dismissive and rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction. A full refund was never offered. I had to call back the next day, and the manager begrudgingly gave me one. She never even apologized. From my experience, it’s clear that the groomer Diana does not listen and just wants to be done as quickly as possible. She also does not value what the customer wants or care much about the quality of her grooming work.

A huge thank you to the sweet staff here for their patience 🙏 while I was bathing my Great pyrenees this past Sunday late afternoon.My boy struggles as I try to bathe him at the self wash station but to me it's worth it because not only do I save a ton of money but it's actually therapy for me and I love knowing that I am fully responsible for making him look gorgeous by myself plus it's actually a lot of fun.I am grateful they have self wash basins for our pets because I don't like leaving my dog with a groomer and I prefer making him look crazy and extra fluffy like a Dire Wolf!

We have been going to Keila for 2 years and can’t say enough good things about her! She is kind, sweet, attentive and caring towards our dog and we know he is safe when he is with her. She makes Bernie look like the perfect gentleman! She is wonderful at her job and truly loves dogs! Not only is she amazing with our dog, but she is interested in our family too! We chat before and after grooms and is always asking how we are doing. She is truly one of a kind! Go see Keila! She is the best!

We had an awesome grooming experience with Julie! This was our first time having her groom our pup, and she took the time to listen to what we wanted for his haircut. Our dog looks adorable! And it seems he was really comfortable in her care because he’s been so calm since his visit. We will definitely be coming back for future grooming so thank you for making our first experience at Krisers so wonderful!

Keila has been grooming my Australian Shepherd for a few years now, and she always does an amazing job! She’s patient, detail-oriented, and truly cares about making my dog look and feel her best. My pup can be a handful with all of her fur, but Keila handles her with skill and kindness. I always know she’s in great hands, and she comes home looking gorgeous every time. I can’t thank Keila enough.
