★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My son has been asking for a pet gecko for months. Last week for his birthday we decided to go in and get some information on them since I literally knew nothing. The owner (I’m assuming) lead us in the right direction of the type of gecko that would work best for us. Not only that, he answered all questions we had. We decided to get the gecko that day. We left with a complete set up and all the supplies needed. The prices on things seemed very good if not lower than I expected. He also told us we could reach out with any other questions. I felt we got the adequate knowledge we needed to care for the gecko and felt comfortable leaving with it. All in all we are very happy with our new pet, Mondo!
June 11 · M FI went to the Reptile Depo today so i could get my Green anole tank set up and get help with it. It was an hour away but i took the drive because it was well reviewed. When i arrived i was first greated by the heathy and happy looking baby bearded dragons and then the owner helped me find everything i needed. I appricate the help the owner gave me as they put me at ease with how my green anole was and how to set up her terrarium correct. I will no longer be going to any corporate petshops anymore and will be driving to this location regarless of the distance because it really has the cheapest prices and they clearly care and are knowledgeable. The tank i bought for 255 dollars at another store i could have gotten there for 79 dollars! This place is great.
August 30 · Paige LovexoxoEdit: Yes you did, because I came there on wednesday in the whitehall location. I also have a full line of conversation with you on FB. 👌 You even said you saw me look at the turtle a few times. I did some digging around, turns out I am not the only person you have been shafting. You keep wood turtles in with your aquatic turtles. You sold me the turtle without a paper trail because your machine was down. Pat I've seen your reviews and you never seem to want to take accountability. You can keep the 100$ and the review. So I come here quite often, the employees are fairly nice. I see he has multiple turtles for sales in a small enclosure. I went and bought one of their turtles. It had white patches which looked small at first so I did not think much of it, but then I find out that it's likely shellrot because of how the shell is slightly piting in one area. Owner says he's bred him before but she's still too young to breed, and as other employees in the past have said he gets these from someone else. I paid cash, because his systems were down. He asks me to take her to the vet and if the vet confirms its shellrot that they will accept a return knowing full well that the vet cost will outweigh the costs of a return- so he's doing that out of spite. You can keep the 100$ because you lost a customer. 🤷♂️Buyer beware.
June 30 · Kevin KevinGreat place and great prices. Fish are extremely healthy, no dead fish in bottom of tanks. Food and fish prices cheaper than big box stores and food is cheaper than Amazon.
August 17 · gordon herbetThe store owner was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about every reptile and what the best options for us would be. We had spoken with him via Facebook a few times earlier in the week to help us prepare for our son’s first pet of his own. Everything was explained thoroughly, the tank was completely set up with its habitat before we left the store, and we left with a gecko and one happy kid. Thanks so much for a great experience.
