Stopped by for a quick slice of pizza and was treated to some fantastic pizza! The pizza by the slice was hot and fresh and tasted great! The crust was absolutely perfect! The prices were very reasonable as well. The staff was friendly and courteous. If you are in Phillipsburg, this is definitely worth the stop!

I’m extremely disappointed with Petcos grooming services. I made my dog’s grooming appointment a month in advance, right after her last cut, to maintain her coat and have her ready for an upcoming trip. I fly out in three days, and they’ve now changed or canceled my appointment twice most recently just three hours before the scheduled time.This is not the first time either. The last time they canceled the day of and casually told me, “If you can come now, we can take her.” That’s not just unprofessional that’s chaotic. I planned ahead for a reason.To make it worse they didn’t reschedule me for the next day or even later this week. No they pushed me out two full weeks past my original appointment, which defeats the entire purpose. By then my dog’s hair will be completely unruly not to mention I won’t even be in town.The only reason I even tried again is because the actual grooming job they did last time was great. But what good is that if you can’t commit to the appointment date and give zero notice when canceling? My dog travels with me it’s not a minor inconvenience when you drop the ball. This level of disorganization shows total disregard for your customers’ time and needs.Do better, Petco. Or don’t offer grooming services at all.

Do not use your card in store. The pinpad errored and I was charged 3 times for a single purchase. After hours of phone calls over the past weeks with both corporate and the local branch, Petco offered no help, no refund, and no compensation despite me bringing in receipts and bank statements showing the multiple charges. Was told I'd have to dispute through my bank.

I made an appointment this past Sunday for a 1015 groom appointment for my standard Labradoodle although the Groomer herself did a good job the person who is the manager of the grooming department needs a lesson in customer service when I questioned her why it took four hours to get my dog back. She said any private groomer you go to is four hours also Which I know is not true because I’ve also gone to private groomers for years. Long story short she told me and I quote Petco wants us to get them in and out so they double book just a heads up for anybody who makes an appointment and has to stick to a time Schedule steer clear again. This is no reflection on the Groomer herself, but the manager in the groom department isn’t worth her paycheck and yes, I did make a formal complaint with Petco.
