★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We absolutely love Dr. B! From the very first visit, she made us feel so welcome and truly cared for our puppy, Rover, like he was her own. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but also warm, patient, and gentle—everything you’d want in a vet. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand and always answers all our questions without ever rushing us.Rover felt so comfy that he actually fell asleep in her arms❤️ It’s clear she has a genuine passion for animals, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of Rover’s journey. If you’re looking for a vet who’s both compassionate and top-notch, Dr. B is the one!
July 19 · caitlyn morenoWe recently moved to Sullivan County and were worried about finding the same excellent vet care that our two dogs had received from our previous vet. Both dogs have since had occasion to visit the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County and be seen by Dr. B for a variety of reasons, including routine wellness visits, vaccinations, hot spots, and dental cleanings that required sedation. In every case, Dr. B and her staff have been welcoming, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Communication is excellent and the offices are clean and well maintained.I highly recommend Dr. B and the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County.
July 04 · Marie MillsWe brought my cat in for cremation and Chris was completely unsympathetic. They kept referring to my cat as “it” instead of she/her. When I corrected them about it, they tried to compare it as to referring to someone with they/them pronouns??? That makes absolutely no sense. When I picked up her cremains, I had told Chris they need to work on their empathy and instead of just humbling themselves and apologizing, their excuse was that they’re a firefighter??? So they try to remain disconnected to protect their own mental health and they come into work with a wall up and as the day progresses their attitude gets better? We went in at 4pm. So that also doesn’t make any sense. I get trying to protect your mental health as the veterinary field is ROUGH. But they were just full of excuses. I also don’t know if I’d want them showing up as a first responder if I was in any type of situation. They absolutely suck and made our experience with this office so bad. I also recorded the conversation if anything I said is questionable.I did also interact with Jessica and she was very empathetic and was great. I had called the next day to see if it were possible to bring in some sand pads so we could get additional paw prints and she tried her best to contact the crematory that they have on-site. Sadly, we were too late, as Delilah had already been cremated. But that isn’t anyone’s fault. The fact that they have the crematory onsite is really nice because the service was very fast and we had our girl back within 48-hours. They also have weekend hours, which can be convenient for those who need it.
September 02 · Krista SabatinoI’m so thankful to Dr B; Jessica and Jack for an amazing job that they performed on our beloved girl Lulu. She’s a 6 yo Terrier mix and she developed terrible teeth; plaque and periodontal disease.Through 2 visits for an evaluation and annual vaccines we felt confident to bring her here for a very serious dental procedure.Dr B is always SO kind; informative and non judgmental. Jessica and Jack treated us very well and more so; took great effort to make sure Lulu felt comfortable and safe. They handled her with care.Yesterday was the day of the procedure; we were kept informed throughout with (3) calls from the Hospital to us! Never did we have to check on her; we were kept firmly in the loop.Upon pickup; I was extremely grateful for the affordable price we were given; which was on the lower scale of the detailed estimate Dr B had given us; with extremely detailed work performed. She absolutely is an incredible Dr and person. The best bedside manner I’ve ever seen from a Veterinarian (and I managed a pet hospital in my job history and have visited with the major pet hospitals in Orange Cty). She gave us a detailed breakdown of the procedure and our follow up instructions. Our Lulu is so much healthier now. I couldn’t be more pleased; grateful or Thankful that we found this Wonderful Veterinary Hospital. 10 out of 10 in every way. Strongly recommend that you bring your Pet Family here. Thank you :)))))
October 11 · Will NovaWonderful knowledge veterinarian. Clean and welcoming. I have been using this office for many years. Excellent care for all my pets . Dr B takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers all your questions. I place all my trust in her to help keep my fur babies happy and healthy.
