★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A week ago we rescued a puppy that had been dumped in the middle of the road and named him Bubbles. We brought him to this vet and expressed concerns of head trauma due to a divot in his head, weird breathing sounds, and not acting like a normal puppy. The visit began to go wrong when Bubbles was struggling on the leash because he was scared and the rude front staff just watched as I tried to stop the poor puppy from choking himself, didn’t even offer to help. Then when we met with the vet we asked her to look in his nose and do a head x ray because we were worried about structural damage. We were the last visit of the day so everything was very rushed. No one looked in his nose, no x ray was done, and we were pushed out the door with some antibiotics. Now a week later this poor puppy has died a horrible death due to their neglect. Due to the HEAD TRUAMA (confirmed by emergency vet) that we asked them to look into Bubbles suffered a horrible seizure and died. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED. Do not take your pet to this vet unless you want rude staff, your concerns to be ignored; even to the extent where it may cost your pet their life. A picture of Bubbles and his sister who misses him dearly.
March 09 · Hannah ForsterBrought my new rescue pup to see Dr. Milburn after my neighbor told me how great her dog was treated. Have to say I was very happy with the staff and felt welcomed.Everyone seemed to love my boy Buster and he could not stop wagging his tail. They offered him treats and snacks which he gobbled up. Dr. Milburn was a great doc and took time to answer all my questions. Happy to have found our new vet!
