This individual, preparing for a PCS (Permanent Change of Station) move to Germany, faced the daunting task of securing an international and bilingual health certificate for their cats. After calling numerous clinics across San Bernardino and Los Angeles County, they discovered that Antelope Valley Animal Hospital was one of the very few that could provide this service. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Lennox has been an incredible help over the past month and a half, guiding me through the entire process of getting an International and Bilingual Health Certificate so my family and I could bring our cats with us during our PCS move to Germany. For anyone on Active Duty with PCS orders overseas, it’s absolutely essential to have a health certificate that meets the specific requirements of your destination country. After calling multiple veterinary clinics across San Bernardino and Los Angeles County, I found that only two places could actually do this, one in Encino and this animal hospital.Military base vet clinics, like the ones at Fort Irwin and 29 Palms, can also provide this service, but they’re often fully booked and extremely hard to get in touch with. That was my experience, and it’s something many others face as well.Finding a USDA-accredited vet for this process is already difficult. Most civilian clinics that offer the service require everything to be done by mail, which takes longer and adds stress since the certificate must be completed within 10 days of your flight. This animal hospital handles everything electronically, which makes the entire process faster and more reliable.I highly recommend this place if you need an international health certificate for your pets. They’re professional, efficient, and military friendly, which makes a big difference during the stress of a PCS move.
July 07 · Sunny SamVery thankful of the staff and vet doctors (Dr. Dave and Dr. Lennox) for taking good care of my pets. They are all professionals and very accommodating. Highly recommend this clinic.
July 29 · Milrose DychincoI’m giving 5 stars because they truly treat my pups like family. When our vet retired, I was nervous about finding someone I could trust with my boys' care. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Dave. With three bulldogs who are frequent visitors, we’ve had two surgeries here, and they always help put me at ease. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets!
November 08 · Nikki RodioShowed up with a feral cat that I decided to adopt after noticing an infection resembling mange on her face. Her 3.2 pound feisty demeanor was handled with care from the moment we walked in without an appointment from the front desk, vet techs and Dr.. Her treatment and meds have shown after 2 weeks of vast improvement to her skin, that her hair is already shown regrowth. Very happy with their compassion and knowledge of how to treat Punky's infection to protect my other pets at home. Thank you!
March 23 · Christina Fraga-SaenzVery nice experienced and loving staff.good prices for service,a little busy.
