★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been taking our golden to Banfield for 12 years, three different locations around the country. He has been going to this location and has been seen by three different vets over the last eight years. Our dog was really sick the last four weeks of his life and he was in and out of the office numerous times, we had to let him go! We chose in home euthanasia. We had informed Banfield of our decision. ANDWe have not heard from or talked to this Banfield?! What a disappointment! Not a phone call or a card with condolences and or a THANK YOU for supporting this office!!When and if we get another pup we will be looking for another Vet!
