As pets age or face serious illnesses, the need for compassionate, specialized care becomes paramount. All About Restful Pets is a dedicated veterinary practice that focuses specifically on end-of-life care, hospice, and in-home euthanasia. Unlike a traditional animal hospital, this service is designed to provide a peaceful and dignified experience for pets and their families during one of the most difficult times. Located at 21001 N Tatum Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85054, USA, All About Restful Pets operates with a focus on mobile services, meaning they come to you. While they have a physical address, their primary mode of operation is to provide care in the comfort of a pet's home, serving the wider Phoenix metropolitan area. This mobile model is a key component of their service, as it allows pets to avoid the stress of a car ride and a visit to a veterinary clinic. For owners, it offers the convenience of not having to transport a sick or elderly animal, making the process smoother and more manageable. The business has a wheelchair-accessible car park and toilet, but given their mobile nature, these amenities are more for initial consultations or if a client needs to visit the administrative office. The core of their accessibility is their ability to travel to various locations within the service area, bringing professional care directly to the client's doorstep. As they operate on an appointment-required basis, it is best to contact them by phone to discuss your pet's needs and schedule a home visit.
The location in Phoenix places them centrally to serve a large part of the valley, and their mobile model expands their reach even further. The convenience of their service is a major factor for families who are already navigating a challenging time. It allows for a more personal and intimate farewell, surrounded by familiar sights and sounds, which is often the most humane option for an aging or ill pet. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our sweet Honey was finally ready to enter the big park in the sky, and Restful Pets made the whole process so much easier then expected. They were kind, patient, did not rush any part of the process, and answered all questions we had in great detail. While we never want to have to put down an animal, we are so grateful to have had them by our side throughout the process.
August 23 · Alex AikenWe are so grateful to Dr. Gina Sarnelli and the team at All About Restful Pets for their compassion and care during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved 16-year-old dog, Ziggy, was incredibly hard, but Dr. Sarnelli guided us through it with genuine kindness, empathy, and professionalism. Her gentle presence and thoughtful support brought us comfort and peace in those final moments. Thank you, Dr. Sarnelli, for helping us give Ziggy a loving and dignified farewell.
June 30 · Lisa GarciaAll about restful pets was absolutely amazing during a very sad time for me. My mom passed away in 2024 and I had her dog Cujo from 2023 once her health declined. I held on to him a little longer because he truly was my last real connection to her. When his health started to decline, Restful pets came to our home and were so kind, professional and gentle. They even made it the same day. I highly recommend them for your pets journey over the rainbow bridge.
July 17 · Rachel MooreMy 10 year old sausage queen had a stroke and was bleeding internally from an inoperable hemangioma which the vet believed had turned to cancer. We had limited time with her and felt her growing weaker by the hour. I didn’t want her to suffer, but I also didn’t want her put down at the vet either. I wanted her surrounded by family and her dog brothers. After scrounging the internet trying to find a mobile euthanasia to help lay my baby to rest same day, I came across this place. They had an appointment available for late at night which is what I was hoping for since I wanted my family to be present. They were so kind and patient with me through the booking process as I was an absolute wreck. Dr. Sarnelli showed up to our home and took her time and visited with us all before even starting. She communicated clearly what her process was and let me decide when I was ready and how I wanted to do it. There was no rushing whatsoever. I was able to hold my baby throughout the entire thing. Once she knew my girl was asleep, she waited for me to communicate when I was ready for the second/last injection. When I was ready, she slowly gave it over several minutes. It was not rushed at all which I appreciated. After she passed, she confirmed my baby was gone, and then she let us take our time saying our goodbyes. She helped us shave bits of fur for keepsakes and even took paw prints of my girl. She made her death honorable and respected her, which I am forever grateful for. We shared memories of how special my baby was. When we were ready, Dr. Sarnelli swaddled her up nicely in fluffy blankets and let me put one of her toys between her arms. She even let me carry my girl out to her car to take her away. She was extremely empathetic and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. Thank you for showing compassion and for your patience with us. We are so appreciative. They treated us like family.I miss my Rossi so much. 💔 I hope you are running free my sausage queen 🥺💔🌈🐾
August 09 · Tori vpWe had to put down our handsome 9 year-old golden retriever named TJ. He had health problems for years but they were all manageable; however, suddenly he seemed to be in so much pain and couldn't walk. There was no way I was going to let my good boy suffer so we made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. We decided to do it at home so he would feel most comfortable and our other puppy, Maxx could be with him. Dr. Falcone was so wonderful with us. My daughter and I were a mess all day knowing what was to come, but Dr. Falcone was so patient with us and allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with TJ. She explained everything she was about to do and made sure she answered any questions before she proceeded. I would definitely recommend Restful Pets for anyone who has to say goodbye to their fur family members.
