I was promised lab results by a specific date, prescriptions were said to be sent to the pharmacy, and I was told communication would be prompt. None of that happened.I called three times, went straight to voicemail, and sent multiple written requests without any timely response. This was during an active respiratory illness, where hours, not days, can matter. When I finally escalated and demanded answers, the clinic terminated care entirely, cutting off access and citing “tone” instead of addressing the actual failures in follow-through.To be clear:* Lab results were late* No communication from the pharmacy ever came* One pet’s test results were omitted entirely from the records* I received no callbacks, despite the urgencyThe most concerning part? Their response read like an AI-generated PR statement. It was polished and tone-managed, but completely devoid of accountability. It looked like reputation management, not medicine.I’ve since spoken with multiple veterinary professionals who confirmed that this type of delay and lack of communication does not align with the standard of care, especially for respiratory symptoms. I’m very happy that she incorporates holistic medicine in her practice and doesn’t just push meds and will work with you to find the best care and options for your pet. I’m so glad i finally found a vet that meets all my expectations.

1. Dr. Linson was very knowledgeable, considerate, empathetic, kind, and gracious with her time. She spent additional time with us to talk about ongoing care of our dog Lucas. Her recommended treatment was effective. And the clinic followed up with us to see how Lucas was doing.2. Dr. Linson did not upsell us on any treatment or services even though she was clear on her recommendations. Pricing is fair.3. The clinic was beautiful and smelled good. The treatment rooms were comfortable, nice, and bright.4. The clinic’s staff greeted us warmly.5. The clinic accommodated our same-day appointment request. When I made the initial call, the clinic’s attendant asked pertinent questions about Lucas’ condition and sent us the forms via email so we can fill out ahead of our visit.WH Pet Clinic will be our go-to place going forward. Our bulldogs love this place. We do too. The first vet I have been to that took the time and chat/play with the pups. Dr. Linson loves and care for our kids and gave us great options and care. Our dogs are actually excited to go to the vet 🤯 Oh and their app is great!
