★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The vet service that I got the other night from emergency center was amazing. our dog had surgery earlier that day our vet office closed. We got our dog home and she started bleeding massive amount of blood. We ended up having to call them. We took her in and before we could even do anything, they took her and put her in for surgery and they ended up saving our dogs life before she would pass away in our arms. These people are wonderful. They treat you very wonderful and I’ll tell you what the service that they give you is beyond words can explain I would recommend this place to anybody that needs an animal saved an animal treated anything possible this place is beyond extremely wonderful with animals. The staff is wonderful and they do anything in their power to help you with what you need to get done with anything they help you with options they walk you through on what you can do payment wise anything 100% amazing they saved my dog from dying within minutes.
August 30 · Tricia WatkinsThey gave me an honest time and price estimate upon arrival. I had to leave my puppy there overnight due to extreme dehydration, vomiting, and diarrhea. They allowed me to text them at any time for updates, which made me feel so much better ! I felt a genuine concern and caring atmosphere from all the staff ! They took excellent care of my puppy, and most impressive was the fact that they checked up on us days after we were discharged ! I'm so glad Animal EmergencyvCenter was there for us !
September 04 · Mrs GrammyMy 4 year old Berner was throwing up and refusing food. We didn’t know what was wrong. Eventually after multiple trips here over the July 4th weekend, the vet was able to determine he had an obstruction and they did emergency surgery to remove it. I am very grateful for Dr. Neveu, she was able to identify the actual issue and then resolve it. The techs were great too, they allow you to use a text message feature when your pet is there overnight. It helped so much to hear updates from them so that I knew my dog was doing ok. Yes, every emergency vet is going to be expensive and the wait is going to be long. But they prioritized the animals by their needs when they were coming in, and that should be appreciated! When we were in dire need Saturday night they took our dog back as soon as we showed up, no wait. I am extremely grateful for their services, they save my dogs life.
July 09 · Emily RuzickaWe had to bring our Chihuahua BebeeMarie here on the 15th. The staff and Vet were extremely caring and understanding. I can see the sincere compassion they had from the moment they gently took her from our arms. I could tell how hard it was for the Vet to explain what the issue was, along with it's choices and risks. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult and heartbreaking decision to have her Euthanized. As most pet owners know or may have experienced, making that choice is much likened to losing a child. She certainly was our little princess. We couldn't help but to spoil and dote on her. Sadly, her previous home was very abusive. She came a such a long way from when we first obtained her. From a scared and extremely cautious dog to a loveable, affectionate and very protective part of our little family. I just want to thank the staff and Vet again for being so loving, considerate and understanding. They even gifted us with a frame containing her paw prints and a patch of her fur. As hard as it is to not hear her loud barking when someone knocks...or her yapping & telling me off for leaving her at home sometimes lol...it would have been much harder if we didn't have the support of the staff at the Animal Emergency Center.
February 28 · Lenora SudlerI am so grateful for AEC in Watsontown. I called multiple other emergency hospitals around and no one could take my BMD Winston. I called them already in my car driving and they answered promptly and after I gave them the run down over the phone I was told to bring him in and everything I needed with me (luckily I had ID) they also take any credit cards over the phone as I had to use a different one that was at home which was amazing.Winston had vomited 5 times in the past hour and I was so scared unsure if it was something serious such as a poisoning or obstruction. As soon as we arrived they took him right back and assessed and determined it wasn’t a critical care/emergent issue that had to be immediately taken care of (thank goodness) we had no problem waiting our turn of course I knew we were in the right place if anything were to happen before we went back. When Winston went for his tests I stayed in the room and they were very quick about everything! The vet and nurses had no problem answering any questions I had (I had wayyy too many because it’s my first puppy) they were very thorough and even though they are busy, made sure any questions I had were answered. The reassurance and care was top notch they make sure you know costs beforehand, they make sure all directions are understood and you’re educated before you leave, and they even checked in to see how he was doing a few days later. I would 100% recommend! We had Dr. Neveu
