Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My experience is consistent with the other 1 star reviews. I asked the front desk Casey for a very specific tick exam and she assured me the Vet would inspect and comb out any ticks. I waited 4 hours to be told by the Vet “No we don’t comb out ticks, buy your own comb and do it your self”. Banfield Please tell your customers upfront so they can be honestly informed. The service quality at this location is very unpredictable.
April 07 · Adam McNicolThe animal hospital offers free checkups, which is a nice perk, but be prepared for upselling once you’re in. They recommended extra services like heartworm tests and other treatments that felt more optional than necessary. It’s not quite like the aggressive upsells you get at a car dealership or oil change place, but the pressure is there. Overall, the staff was friendly and the visit was fine, just know what you’re getting into.
June 24 · Sean S.My dog Chile was in severe pain. 11 yr old boxer/Pitt mix. Dr. Singer was amazing. Cried with me and totally loves animals. He didn't know me or my dog but his sympathy for the situation was beyond anything I could have expected. God bless him and the Banfield crew.
May 27 · Michael MansfieldDoctor khamenehei or Dr K always sees my dog Luca and he has insurance that covers once a year dental cleaning for two years each time I took him for cleaning he came out after 2 or 3 hours that we wait outside and told me his teeth look good now so we wait for him to loose one pound or two finally I went to get a second opinion because I felt something was wrong and he was In pain the doctor came out of the room with horrible news : He has tooth resorption it means the roots of his 11 teeth was half resolved so he said it’s a really painful situation and extracted all of them he ask me about how his doctor could be this …. Do not want to repeat but Dr K you have no conscience how could you sleep at night ?My dog s name is Luca Ansari he is 9 years old I hope you people be carefulSholeh Ansari
July 21 · Sholeh SharifMy 1 year old Labrador , Callie, recently got spayed with Banfield Aliso, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and love she received from the staff! They very much care about pets and their owners, and I felt very comfortable with my pup being there. They also answered all my questions and were very helpful advising on her after care. Thank you all!
