★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Not going to leave a bad review I just need this place to understand ticks on a dog should be considered and emergency. I called because I found 2 ticks on my Timberland and they said they do it but due to capacity they can't get me in. I'll be canceling my account there and going somewhere else, this is what I pay monthly for. Emergencies! Ill take my business elsewhere after this.
July 25 · Jason ProffittHad an appointment for 10:00 am for a simple routine check-up for our cat; she wasn't seen by the vet until 2:00 pm. They are NOT ever on schedule. They will traumatize and induce anxiety into your animal by leaving them to sit in a cage or something for several hours. Only allow drop off appointments, most likely so they can do this every time. Go to a different vet. Please. PS I love your cat.
July 03 · Antonio MedinaI’ve left reviews for here before, and I have to again. The Latham team takes such good care of my Chloe girl from check in to check out- the fact she pulls me to go inside is a tell tale sign of her time here. They spot and see tiny details in any procedure, and always try their best to get her in if there’s a more urgent issue. She went in for a dental today, and it became a little Complicated but we felt supported, safe, we knew anything the vet and LVT said and recommended was 100% the best choice. The communication was outstanding all day. The cost was given to me prior to anything being done and was also given options. The LVT and Dr took the time to talk to us after the apt as well explaining everything in depth. checking in was also extremely pleasant and I think that helped calm both of us down. We’re hoping for a good outcome of tests, it’s hard with a senior dog- but we’re happy we have this team since 2021 with Chloe. I’m hoping for many more years with her under Banfields care. Thanks for making a stressful day go better for Chloe and I
July 08 · Felicity Cashmanfriendly, caring, helpful, vets and staff. Office is clean. Appointments are convenient where I can bring both my dogs in together.
September 10 · donna cunninghamI WAS GIVEN THE WRONG MEDICATION. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN. DANGEROUS ESTABLISHMENT.I was prescribed eye drops for my dogs eye infection, I was given a topical ointment and paid the price of the drops which are far more expensive. Whoever these people were granted degrees from clearly did not attend any schooling. Basic chemistry knowledge would’ve prevented this. THANK GOD I knew it was incorrect.I got no refund, these people are stupid and useless. Please go to an actual vet, these people don’t have the proper education to test your animals. Save your time and money, I AM BEGGING YOU.
