★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1third time here and each visit is progressively worse, seemingly less competent staff each time and even less information on who made what note in my dogs chart. insisted on muzzling before even attempting care because of a dog that bit staff the week prior. this is what you get when you go to a chain vet that looks like a fast casual restaurant VC funded software company hybrid. do yourself a favor, invest the time in finding local veterinary care that’s established in your neighborhood.
August 22 · Colton WilliamsWe had a fantastic experience taking our senior dog for an urgent dental issue.Could not have asked for a better experience and will continue to use as our regular vet!- the staff was friendly and the facility is clean and calm.- our dog is a rescue and at times has issues with new people but they were sensitive to that and handled him with care watching for any signs of discomfort .- they did a great job diagnosing the issue and explaining different treatment options based on my dogs age which we appreciated taking personal considerations into account- pricing was reasonable and did not force the most expensive treatment plan or upsell medications or tests.- took the time to explain the medication when i had issues understanding- were open to contact with any issues or questions with aftercare
August 27 · Francesca VuilleminWe love Bond Vet Williamsburg. Dr. Lanni is our regular vet for our 2 kitties and our dog. He is super kind, very compassionate and truly listens to our concerns. He does a great job giving us thorough explanations and has always put us at ease, especially for our big cat who seems to have a minor health issue every couple months. The office is very clean and the rest of the staff is very friendly. We highly recommend Dr. Lanni and this location :)
June 24 · Madeline GoodwillI’ve taken my dog to Bond Vet twice for emergency visits, and both times the experience was smooth and reassuring. The clinic is clean, efficient, and well-organized. If you book your appointment online ahead of time, the wait is minimal. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes a big difference during stressful situations.A special thank you to Dr. Lanni—his professionalism, attention to detail, and gentle approach truly stood out. He’s thorough in explaining what to look out for and offers practical, helpful suggestions. It’s clear he genuinely cares about your pet’s well-being, and my dog felt very at ease with him.Highly recommend Bond Vet, and especially Dr. Lanni. So grateful for the care they’ve provided!
May 22 · Shao-Jo Lin (Shao)Had to bring my 10 year old dog here for an emergency where he had to be put down. It was our first time. Not our home vet. The hand written note I received 2 weeks later was so moving.
