March 12 · kano REveryone I have dealt with at the Cat Clinic has been friendly and caring. When an issue arises out of the ordinary, they always get me in. They recently helped me with a feral kitten with an eye infection. Most importantly, I always feel like they have genuine concern for my cats well being.
September 10 · Stephen St.JeanI can't say enough good things about Cat Clinic! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love and care they have for our feline friends. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, always making sure to get to know each cat personally. As a cat owner, it’s such a relief to find a cats-only clinic that prioritizes a low-stress environment for our furry family members. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the dedication they show to keeping my kitties healthy and happy. Highly recommend to all cat owners!
November 23 · Julie LaVallaI’ve been taking my cat here for 3 years and we love it. Everyone is very friendly. Always a good experience. You can tell they truly care.
April 18 · Dommi TelescoWe took our kitty here for years and always had good experience with them. However in 2022 our baby suddenly developed a sore on her mouth which made it hard for her to eat. We took her to Cat Clinic and they said she would need a biopsy, and the soonest they could get her in for the procedure was about a month and a half away, which was unacceptable. I called in tears begging for them to help me find a sooner time. They seemed annoyed and were unhelpful. I was able to get her into a different local vet almost immediately for a check-up and subsequent biopsy. We learned she had cancer, and we heartbreakingly had to have her put down within a couple of months after the disease progressed quickly. But at least we didn’t spend that entire time waiting for a biopsy to figure out what was wrong. She deserved a team who cared about her and would do everything they could to help her as quickly as possible and who demonstrated empathy and urgency, which we experienced at our other vet. Cat Clinic never even called to follow up on her even though they’d been seeing our girl for more than six years (as well as our cat before that)… the last time I had spoken to them was in the form of begging, and they never even checked to see if we’d figured it out. They didn’t care. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone again.
