★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I adopted a dog from the shelter and came to see Dr. Gaylord. She has been exceptional with the care of my dog. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I will continue to bring my dog to see Dr. Gaylord!
April 27 · J IadanzaTook my dog in to get a vaccine. Asked them to look at another issue while I was there. They claimed it would require a different visit because this was not mentioned ahead of time. Their soonest was twenty days later from then. What kind of service is that? If your dog has an issue and you’re standing in the lobby… just wait twenty days and they’ll look into it. Take another day off from work and pay additional fees and they’ll take care of ya.
August 07 · Daniel DunlapTime is $$$$!!!. For myself and the Dr.I have been a client for at least 40 years and it was always a good experience. Most usually they ran ON TIME for appts. When Dr Silverio left things changed dramatically. There is no respect for ppl's time!! They r closed when supposed to be open, cuz somebody needed a break or a meeting. I realize the receptionists are doing what they are told but to be so dismissive is down right insulting.I am surprised that they have not lost a lot of customers.I made my appt. 3 weeks in advance, and got excuses why I was waiting so long for service for my cat. Usually in and out within 25 min. Not anymore. After 25 min. I got up and walked out. I will be looking for someone that gives a damn for my time and my pet's needs and are respectful.
July 21 · Karen StocktonI rarely leave reviews, but my wife and I’s experience with Dr. Gaylord was so frustrating and upsetting that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we walked in, the level of compassion/care and professionalism was severely lacking. Dr. Gaylord was dismissive and hardly looked at my pet, rushed through the appointment, and seemed more interested in leaving rather than listening to our concerns about our pet. We had to pay an urgent care fee of $127. What’s worse, the diagnosis felt like a guess, and the treatment plan was expensive (almost $700) but ineffective. She also did x-rays on my pet that cost me near $300, and never called with the results. I ended up going to another vet who immediately caught what Dr. Gaylord missed, and it made a world of difference for my pet’s health. I wouldn’t trust this veterinarian again. If you care about your animal, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. She will not take the time to thoroughly look your pet over, all she cares about is taking your money. If it were up to me I would give this clinic no stars.
July 07 · Wayne PhillipNow they’re refusing to treat my boy because they don’t like my review! SERIOUSLY! The person causing me so much grief isn’t even a vet, what does that have to do with my boys routine exam?!My 13 year old cat has colitis and when it flares up there’s a Purina Vet food Dr. Welley prescribed for him. Now this rarely flares up and I just had to throw away what we had left as it expired but they won’t approve a renewed prescription because he hasn’t been in in over a year because I had open heart surgery, a triple bypass to be exact. It’s just me and my boy and I am not physically capable at this time to catch him and get him in for his yearly. They still refuse to approve the specialty food (not medication) even though I’ve scheduled an appointment later in the year and they don’t carry what he needs and can tolerate in office. Real nice! What do they expect me to do! Why are they bullying us over expensive food he hopefully won’t even need! Dr. Welley will be greatly missed, she had compassion that is severely lacking now!Reply is obtuse and ridiculous! There clearly is no empathy. I say in my review it’s just me. We’re talking about non-medicinal canned food for crying out loud! This is just ridiculous!
