★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give ten stars, I would. We took our dog here yesterday for what we thought was GI upset or possibly a blockage. It turns out his stomach twisted, which within hours could be a death sentence. The staff was amazing! They were comforting and made you feel like they were with you every step of the way. They were in contact with us after surgery and I was able to call and check in on him late at night. They were very responsive through the whole process and I truly feel they made our dog feel comfortable and loved when we couldn’t be with him. They saved his life and for that I will be forever grateful!
July 23 · Rikki SavidgeAs a physician trained in anesthesiology, I have not seen a place like this in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. They helped us today with a difficult decision for my son but last week he was able to have a comprehensive consultation with a veterinary neurologist over what the best strategy was to manage our dogs paralysis. I have never seen a place with so many sub- specialized veterinarians. In addition, the nurses I met our extraordinarily well trained and quick and compassionate.
July 27 · Kenneth Zahl MDWhile the wait is long, I would definitely recommend this place. We ended up here because our usual emergency vet didn’t have a doctor on staff for the weekend so we were a bit nervous since it was a new place for us. Our dog ended up having to stay for 2 days, the staff was great and knowledgeable. Great with updates and always answered my calls when I would call to check how she was doing. I was always connected me with a member of her care team which put me at ease. They weren’t pushy with treatment like some vets/emergency places are and gave all options that they see fit for the situation and for us. Thank you guys for helping our girl!!
July 19 · Violeta TitokaMy regular vet recommended I go here when my kitten, Glubs, was injured and possibly required a surgeon. He thought she might have to have her leg amputated. The team at Eastern Penn saved her leg! Everyone from the surgeon to the front desk staff was amazing! So friendly, kind, and compassionate. They do all they can to make a scary and stressful situation easier to deal with. They even provide snacks and drinks in the waiting area. This is a place where they truly care about your pet. Glubs is doing great and is enjoying no longer having to have her leg bandaged!
August 15 · Elizabeth GordonDrove an hour to see what was going on with our sick puppy and Dr. Tracy and his team were nothing but amazing. They were thorough, helpful and so knowledgeable with everything that was going on with our little guy. I highly recommend coming here it’s well worth the drive.
