★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've taken my beloved pup Stella here twice already. The first time, they did their absolute best to help her with her neck injury. The second time, we unfortunately had to put her down because nothing could really have been done for her. My pup's departure from this world had nothing to do with the vets failing her or whatever. The veterinarians here are always understanding and always do their best to ensure your pup gets back home to you. That being said; please be respectful to them. They understand that you're in pain because your pup is hurting. But please, be patient with them as they as the with you
August 30 · Richard JuarezLast week I called this location for some pet care advice, and a true angel from heaven guided me on how to tend to our little girl over the phone, which had a bad stomach infection, allthough we were already administering antibiotics, the recommemdation on a temporary food change made a world of a difference with our pets prompt recovery. Thank You immensely! Stephanie for your guidance & recommended follow through, glad to say our maltipom is back to normal fully recovered. You are a true Angel Steph. Gracias 🙏 👼 .. 🙏 🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♀️ 🐶🐾
July 25 · Art VazquezOn 9/11/25 at 9:50 pm front desk employee "Stephanie" was very rude to my sister who was trying to take my dog in for urgent care due to feeling dizzy and off balance. We've been there before and had work done on my dog. Stephanie couldn't find anything on file and when we showed in person she showed no empathy towards my pet and my sister. All she said was "let's start with the basics" with an attitude while my dog is in pain and discomfort. My sister had no choice but to take her elsewhere. Unbelievable and disrespectful the way she acted towards my family and my dog.
September 11 · Teddy HartEven though we didn't get the news we were hoping for when taking our dog there, I appreciate all of the information the emergency doctor gave us regarding our dogs prognosis. The statistics he provided helped us make a very hard but educated decision to let her go. Then they gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes to her, even after my children drove from home to come see her, also. The doctor was very sympathetic at a very difficult time for us. I only hope no other family goes through such a quick and unexpected loss, like we did. But the doctors here will provide you with the very best information regarding the care for your pet
March 05 · John BuhacMy doggie was very ill, I was hoping she would make it until Monday to take her to my regular vet to put her down. Well she got so sick on Saturday night - Sunday morning I called Emergency Animal Hospital of San Gabriel Valley. I explained my situation, I talked it over with my family, I called the hospital back and advised I was on my way at 5:00am on Sunday morning. They were kind, empathetic and loving towards me and my Bella. They had a beautiful fragrance in the office and beautiful soft instrumental music playing in the background. They explained everything to expect and allowed me all the time I wanted with my Bella before and after the procedure. I got to be with Bella for her last breath of life and got to hold her for the last time. On top of all this I paid less for everything I wanted than I would have paid at my vet!Thank you to the staff for your loving approach to such a difficult time!
