I've taken my beloved pup Stella here twice already. The first time, they did their absolute best to help her with her neck injury. The second time, we unfortunately had to put her down because nothing could really have been done for her. My pup's departure from this world had nothing to do with the vets failing her or whatever. The veterinarians here are always understanding and always do their best to ensure your pup gets back home to you. That being said; please be respectful to them. They understand that you're in pain because your pup is hurting. But please, be patient with them as they as the with you - Richard Juarez
