★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm extremely impressed by Cumulus Animal Hospital. With 2 senior cats, I've had my fair share of vet visits over the years and my experience with Cumulus has been by far the best. Every staff member, with whom I had any interaction , was extremely friendly. Both Dr. Soto and Dr. Choi went above and beyond to make sure my kitties were well taken care of. One of my cats had to undergo an extensive dental procedure and the staff gave me regular status updates to put my mind at ease. The clinic itself is brand new, modern, clean, and convenient. It's super easy to park in the Cumulus parking structure and is free with validation.Even though this clinic is brand new and "fancy", I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. I'm so happy that I've finally found a vet clinic that I can trust to take such good care of my fur babies. The office manager, Gaston, is top notch as well!
May 29 · Allie RileyCumulus Animal Hospital Saved My Cat Bella’s LifeI truly cannot thank Cumulus Animal Hospital enough for the incredible care they gave my cat, Bella. She suddenly became very ill, and I was terrified—but thanks to the quick, expert action of Dr. Choi, Dr. Soto, and the amazing team at Cumulus, Bella is alive and well today. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with kindness, urgency, and genuine compassion. Dr. Choi and Dr. Soto worked together seamlessly to diagnose Bella’s condition and start life-saving treatment right away. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I understood every step. Their calm, professional approach gave me the hope I desperately needed in that moment.Bella had to undergo a very delicate surgery, and I was overwhelmed with fear. The surgery was a success.Today, Bella is now recovering beautifully, she is back to her sweet, playful self—cuddling, chasing toys, and acting like her usual curious, sassy self. It’s all thanks to the dedication, skill, and heart of everyone at Cumulus Animal Hospital. This team didn’t just save a pet—they saved a member of my family. I will be forever grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend Cumulus to anyone who wants the absolute best for their furry loved ones.Thank you.
June 14 · Jose A. RamirezI have a 16 year old dog with chronic health issues and Cumulus has done such a great job with her! I originally brought her in to urgent care for an infection, but Dr. Choi was so knowledgable, and the staff was so responsive, I decided to switch veterinary care over to Cumulus. After a round of antibiotics, stitches and a dental cleaning, she is a happy pup!
August 21 · H GThank you for saving our puppy’s life!Today our puppy, Kiko, received a routine vaccine in office. Immediately following the vaccine, his gums turned pale, he started crying loudly and almost fainted. Our nurse immediately identified that he was having an allergic reaction to the vaccine and rushed him to the back. Dr. Soto saved his life by delivering proper emergency medication. Kiko quickly recovered and they monitored his vitals until he was stable enough to go home.Dr. Soto and her team did an EXCELLENT job 1. Identifying the problem 2. Communicating with me (the parent) and 3. Delivering safe and effective emergency medicine. There’s no way one can ever predict a medical emergency like serious allergic reaction and this team was prepared and on it! Thank you so much for taking care of my baby and saving his life. I appreciate you all.
June 28 · Carly Tse-GoldsteinAbsolute worst vet experience of my life with Dr Choi and the staff here. This is the very definition of a vet that values PROFITS OVER PETS. They run this establishment like a used car dealership, intentionally wasting your time to try and shake you down for a higher bill when your patience is fraying. They will also intentionally give small rx amounts so you need to go for more visits. After making a same day appt (should’ve been the first red flag - there’s a reason good vets have wait times for an appt), I was left waiting in the room for OVER AN HOUR past the appt time before my dog - who was in clear, audible distress - was finally taken for treatment of her paw. After rejecting a large portion of the proposed “treatment” the bill still totaled nearly $400, including nearly $50 for “bandages” and $6 for “needle disposal.” That should really tell you all you need to know about this place.Even on something as straight forward as rx they will try to squeeze every dollar out. My former vet had no problem giving me an rx for 60 apoquel tablets every time I saw her but suddenly here Dr Choi “doesn’t feel comfortable” with that amount for some mystery reason. I suspect that reason is greed. Their admin will then lie to you, saying it was Chewy who decreased the amount.STAY FAR AWAY.
