★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE !Please hear me out.My baby, Canela, was fighting for her life when a speeding car hit her. At first she fainted but then we noticed she started to breathe! She was breathing and keeping her eyes on me as if saying “save me mommy” so my partner and I , RUSHED to the nearest hospital. To our arrival, we gave our baby in to them. As we waited, the “doctor” came to talk to us. He told us that my baby had severe injuries, which is true, but he spoke with fake hope. When we told him we would want to save her, he replied that someone would come in with a quote.IT WAS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE.It was a mandatory 48 hour wait before even taking ACTION.That 48 hour that could have been used to save my dog was an EXCUSE to throw a big fat bill in our faces in a time of desperation!48 hour hold that cost $10,000 which then they “can safely proceed” to surgery, which was another $15,000.I begged for help. I begged for them to save her. This world has come to a dark place where people do it for money but not for the love of animals that are really FAMILY.I could not believe it.I asked to see my baby girl.As I walked to the back, she literally turned and wagged her tail in pain.Oh my heart broke…It broke because she had life ! She had a chance !This place is a death trap.Helpful for NOTHING.Overall, we were forced to euthanize, and given a $1,000 bill at the end.PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.This is corporate owned !DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY.
August 05 · Katie TocBased on a recommendation from my primary veterinary clinic, I first went to another place. However, they said that my dog was too small, old and the surgery was too complex, so they recommended this vet instead and also gave me an approximate estimate of their surgery cost. It was not a small amount. However, this hospital told me that the surgery needed to be done early the next morning and asked whether I wanted to take my dog home or have her stay overnight. When I expressed concern about the cost, they kindly waived the overnight hospitalization fee.And the total surgery cost was about $2,000 less than the approximate amount I was quoted at the other hospital.. I also want to express my gratitude to the other hospitals that recommended this one.The staff and doctors are very kind. They treated my dog with great affection and care. After the surgery, they provided easy-to-follow instructions, and all the procedures were handled neatly and very quickly. Before, during, and after the surgery, they called to give me updates at every step, which gave me peace of mind.My dog is recovering well without any problems.I sincerely thank the veterinary surgeon who operated on my dog, the nurses who cared for her, and all the staff who kindly assisted us.
August 14 · Swan KohWe had a scary moment when our Maltipoo (Snow 🤍💙) chewed on a corn cob. My wife and I were so worried, but the staff here immediately made us feel safe and reassured. The vet explained everything with patience and compassion, and thanks to their quick care, our dog is back home and healthy. Not to mention, this is the same hospital that saved his life after he needed emergency surgery from a previous malpractice procedure elsewhere. We owe them so much gratitude for their compassion, professionalism, and true dedication to saving pets. We are forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism of this team. Everything went smoothly, and our dog is now safe and healthy. We highly recommend this hospital for any emergency.
August 21 · Anselmo MI would not recommend anyone with exotic animals bringing their little buds here, I mean, i was dumb enough to believe that they specialize that here even with all these bad reviews, My bunny was breathing really fast and they said he was fine nothing out of the ordinary just to take some medication and called it a day, it was just a tummy ache, next morning my bunny passed away. Why in the world would they say he was fine?!? He wasn't! THEN they offered to do a necropsy for their negligence, and STILL FOUND NOTHING they said maybe it was something microscopic best he looked to be fine, but how so??? My little man was peeing on himself hours before passing, that wasn't normal, I don't trust they found nothing, now I just hope they're competent enough to give me MY Bunny back, to get him cremated, my boy, I'll never see him again. If you want to see your fur baby back home, pls don't bring them here
August 03 · Michelle MejiaI was out of town and my boarder called me saying he thought my older GSD had bloat and asked if he could bring him into emergency for an exam. All of his surgeries were done by VCA or WVCA, but they gave a projection of 3-4 hours. So he asked me to bring him here to Access where he takes his dogs. They got him in right away, confirmed the suspicion with me over the phone and reviewed costs. My dog was opened and closed from surgery in less than 2 hours! I was beside myself to be so far away, but the surgeon called to give an update with good news and gave me the play by play of what happened and what she did. I was given a call every 12h following shift change/re-examination which put me at ease. He had minor and expected complications after, but they had a plan in place and that was that. He was very well taken care of and I fully believe he’s still here today because of the quality and prompt care he received. I’m so grateful!
