★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Guardian Veterinary Emergency saved my pup's life. I am baffled by some of the negative reviews here. Owning a pet is a luxury. If you are not able to spend $k's at some point for your pet, you have to be ready to put it down or buy insurance. Medical treatment is expensive - who do you expect would pay for it? Additionally, you can't expect grief counseling or psychotherapy from an ER dealing with serious emergencies when they have very bad news for you. People are so entitled that I sensed the staff there were leery of telling me my pet would need a hospitalization that cost $3k. It's bad when medical staff get so much push back from idiots.
July 13 · NEI rarely post reviews but the phenomenal level of skill, focus, knowledge and compassion my dog Jiggxby and I received from the entire staff at Guardian was golden. I was a mess but they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone who worked on Jiggx was passionate about animals and veterinary medicine. The team is outstanding. Jiggx and I thank you Jennifer, Angelina, Cheryl, the incredible Dr. Ursitti (apologies to anyone whose name I forgot.) If it were possible, this review would have hundreds of stars
June 29 · JJ GattoI had to take my cat as she had developed an upper respiratory infection. We had a short wait time at 8pm on a Saturday of about 45min.and the appointment itself was very quick. The staff were all friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
May 24 · DebbersThe care and concern shown for our beloved mastiff Hero, was perfect. They gave us space and time to be with Hero. The staff was amazing and the DR was so very gentle and kind he explain as he went through every step. Even the was he pronounced Hero was comforting. They were recommended to me and I will definitely recommended them.
July 04 · Angelique BryantMy cat was urinating blood and seemed to be in some pain. I went to the Guardian Vet Emergency Office on a Friday night. I have to say from the person answering the phone to the staff, the technicians and the veterinarian, ALL were very pleasant and calming. All possible diagnostics were performed and results were quick and detailed. My cat and I were provided a safe place with brilliant professional people. I left with printouts that included all the info from the time I was there, along with diagnostics, meds and plenty of info on what I needed to do in the days to come, a long with a referral for further future tests. I am grateful that Guardian is there to assist us with our pets. Thank you, Guardian, for your good work with my cat and for taking care of a stressful situation for me. You are very much appreciated.
